视神经管及其内部结构的显微断层解剖

【摘要】:[目的]研究视神经管及其内部结构的显微解剖关系。探讨外伤性视神经管损伤的机制。[材料与方法]选取15例成人颅骨解剖标本。15例中国成人尸头,沿垂直视神经管方向制作断层冰冻切片标本,在显微镜下观察并测量视神经管及其内部结构的解剖数据。运用SPSS软件进行数据分析。 [结果]视神经与视神经管容积比在颅口处最小。视神经管隆起与颈内动脉隆起之间的距离平均3.01±0.12mm。视神经管在管顶壁中后1/3交界处最薄。眼动脉在视神经管颅口处位于视神经正下方或内下方,至管中部则位于视神经的正下方,在眶口处则走行在视神经的稍外下方。视神经与视神经鞘之间通过一些结缔组织小梁相互连接。[结论]视神经管在管顶壁中后1/3交界处最薄。视神经管隆起与颈内动脉隆起之间的距离平均3.01±0.12mm。外伤性视神经损伤的机制主要是由于视神经鞘与视神经之间有结缔组织小梁相连接,在突然的外力作用下视神经受到牵拉所致。眼动脉在视神经管颅口处位于视神经正下方或内下方,至管中部则位于视神经的正下方,在眶口处则走行在视神经的稍外下方。在做视神经管减压术时宜选择管中部内侧壁与管顶壁中后1/3交界处至颅口同时切开减压。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the microanatomical relationship of optic canal and its internal structure. To investigate the mechanism of traumatic optic canal injury. [materials and methods] Fifteen adult cadaveric heads were selected and frozen sections were made along the vertical optic canal. The anatomical data of optic canal and its internal structure were observed and measured under microscope. SPSS software is used for data analysis. [results] the volume ratio of optic nerve to optic canal was the smallest at the cranial orifice. The distance between optic canal and internal carotid artery was 3.01 卤0.12mm. The optic canal is thinnest at the posterior third of the parietal wall. The ophthalmic artery is located just below or below the optic nerve at the cranial orifice of the optic canal, directly below the optic nerve at the middle of the canal, and a little below the optic nerve at the orbital orifice. The optic nerve and optic nerve sheath connect with each other through some connective tissue trabeculae. [conclusion] the optic canal is thinnest at the posterior third of the parietal wall. The distance between optic canal and internal carotid artery was 3.01 卤0.12mm. The mechanism of traumatic optic nerve injury is mainly caused by the connection of connective tissue trabecula between optic nerve sheath and optic nerve and the pull of optic nerve under the action of sudden external force. The ophthalmic artery is located just below or below the optic nerve at the cranial orifice of the optic canal, directly below the optic nerve at the middle of the canal, and a little below the optic nerve at the orbital orifice. Decompression of optic canal should be performed by cutting the medial wall and the posterior third of the parietal wall to the cranial orifice at the same time.
