乳房下皱襞的组织解剖学研究及临床应用

【摘要】:目的:通过对乳房下皱襞相关组织结构的大体解剖、组织学及临床病例的研究,进一步明确乳房下皱襞的组织解剖结构和形成原理,为乳腺外科学及乳房整形再造术提供解剖学依据。 方法:1. 标本分组:采用新鲜成年女性尸体10 具(36-69 岁),乳房20 只。每只乳房在4 个不同的部位分别取标本。第一组:乳房上缘;第二组:乳晕上缘;第三组:乳房下皱襞;第四组:乳房下胸壁,距乳房下皱襞最低点4cm。每组均位于经乳房下皱襞最低点做垂直于锁骨中点的连线上。2.试验前主要试剂的准备:①氨性银染色液的配制。②维多利亚蓝染色液的配制。③丽春红染色液的配制。3. 取材:尸体标本平卧于解剖台上,切口均为沿皮纹方向,平行于乳房下皱襞切面,垂直于皮肤表面切下。光镜标本切成1cm~3大小的组织块,放入10%中性甲醛液中固定24 小时以上,在梯度浓度的乙醇中脱水,石蜡包埋,制做光镜切片;电镜标本切成3-5mm~3 的小块,立即置入预冷(4℃)2.5%戊二醛中固定24 小时以上,制做电镜标本。4. 观察方法:①大体解剖:尸体标本平卧于解剖台上,以解剖刀逐层分离皮肤和皮下组织以及腺体组织,观察其纤维走行,特别是乳房下皱襞区域的纤维结构,观察其是否有如文献所述的横行或纵行的韧带结构。②在光学显微镜下分别以低倍视野和高倍视野观察切片,注意观察纤维组织的形态特征,并分别在
[Abstract]:Objective: through the study of gross anatomy, histology and clinical cases of submammary folds, to further clarify the anatomical structure and formation principle of submammary folds. To provide anatomical basis for breast surgery and breast plastic reconstruction. Method 1: 1. The specimens were divided into 10 fresh adult female cadavers aged 36-69 and 20 breasts. Material: the cadaveric specimen is lying on the dissection table, the incision is along the direction of the skin stripe, parallel to the cut surface of the submammary fold, perpendicular to the skin surface. Light microscope specimens were cut into 1cm~3 size tissue blocks, fixed in 10% neutral formaldehyde solution for more than 24 hours, dehydrated in gradient concentration of ethanol, embedded in paraffin to make light microscope sections.
