【摘要】:应激(stress)是指机体针对外界刺激的非特异性反应,即无论外界刺激的性质如何,机体总是做出大致相同的反应。心理应激可以改变一个人原有的健康生活方式和行为模式,因此,心理应激对于机体神经、内分泌、免疫系统的影响越来越受到人们的重视。许多研究表明,心理应激是影响身体健康的重要因素,与许多高发疾病,如:心脏病,高血压,糖尿病等,有着密切的联系。本文旨在探讨考试应激状态下人体免疫的变化及其与人格类型、MICA 基因多态性的关系。 从某医科大学在读二年级学生中随机选取 24 名,其中男性 13 名,女性 11 名,年龄在 19-21 岁之间;对其进行艾森克(EPQ)人格测试,可以将其分为外向稳定型、外向不稳定型、内向稳定型、内向不稳定型等类型。分别于考试前一天及开学第一周晨空腹采血,通过免疫散射比浊法测定学生免疫球蛋白及补体的含量,通过放射免疫技术(Radioimmunoassay,RIA)测定受试者血清中皮质醇(cortisol)的水平,同时采用聚合酶链反应(Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR)技术检测“MHC-Ⅰ相关基因 A”(MICA)多态性,通过统计学方法计算应激免疫与遗传的关系及与人格的相关性。结果表明,期末考试血清皮质醇浓度为 549.7nmol/L,开学后第一周为 358.4nmol/L,考试前较考试后升高,有统计学意义(P0.05)。考试前,补体 C3 浓度为
[Abstract]:Stress is the nonspecific response of the body to the external stimulus, that is, the body always makes the same response regardless of the nature of the external stimulus. Psychological stress can change a person's original healthy life style and behavior pattern. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the influence of psychological stress on nervous, endocrine and immune system. Many studies have shown that psychological stress is an important factor affecting physical health and is closely related to many diseases such as heart disease hypertension diabetes and so on. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of human immunity under examination stress and its relationship with the polymorphism of MICA gene in personality types. Twenty-four students in the second year were randomly selected from a medical university, including 13 males and 11 females. The personality test of Eysenck EPQ can be divided into three types: extroverted stable type, extroverted unstable type, introverted unstable type and so on. Fasting blood samples were collected one day before the examination and the first week of school term.
