长爪沙鼠速发型高脂血症模型的建立及与动脉粥样硬化相关性分析

【摘要】:目的:建立长爪沙鼠速发型高脂血症模型的方法,探讨其高脂血症的发生,发展及与动脉粥样硬化的相关性。 方法:高胆固醇组用含 1%胆固醇高脂饲料分别饲养大、小鼠和沙鼠,检测其血清 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG;高脂组沙鼠饲以 1%胆固醇+10%猪油+10%蛋黄粉的高脂饲料,检测血清 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,在 120 天时处死动物,作组织形态学观察。 结果:高胆固醇组沙鼠的 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C 在第 1 周时明显的升高,并且平稳的保持到四周。而 TG 相对平稳,没有变化。而大鼠,小鼠的 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C, TG 没有变化。高脂组沙鼠的 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C 的值一直都明显高于对照组,以LDL-C 升高为主,且出现了严重的脂肪肝,肝硬化,脾脏肿大和主动脉根部粥样硬化。 结论:通过饲喂高脂饲料可快速诱发长爪沙鼠形成高脂血症模型;加重高脂血症的程度能导致长爪沙鼠形成动脉粥样硬化的病理改变。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the model of rapid hyperlipidemia in gerbils with long claws and to explore the occurrence and development of hyperlipidemia and the relationship between hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Methods: the rats in high cholesterol group were fed with 1% cholesterol and high fat diet respectively. Mice and gerbils were tested for serum TCU HDL-C LDL-CG, high fat diet fed with 1% cholesterol 10% lard and 10% egg yolk powder, serum TCU HDL-C LDL-CG was detected, and animals were killed at 120 days, and the mice were killed at 120 days after feeding with 1% cholesterol 10% lard and 10% egg yolk powder. Results: the LDL-C of HDL-C in high cholesterol group increased significantly at the 1st week and kept steadily for four weeks. And TG is relatively stable, no change. However, there was no change in LDL-C and TG in rats and mice. The level of LDL-C in the high fat group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there were severe fatty liver and liver cirrhosis. Conclusion: hyperlipidemia model can be induced quickly by feeding high fat diet, and the degree of hyperlipidemia can lead to the pathological changes of atherosclerosis in long claw gerbils.
