三尖瓣复合体在超声和心脏外科领域的应用解剖学研究

【摘要】:三尖瓣复合体无论从形态学上、功能角度、疾病发生过程中的相关性还是从临床诊治过程出发,都可以被看作一个整体。 近年来伴随着计算机技术领域迅猛发展,超声诊断技术日新月异并不断得到完善和发展,为心脏显微外科手术带来了强大的推动力,以往的心脏瓣膜形态学研究已不能满足临床发展的需要,为此本实验对三尖瓣复合体各项观测指标进行详尽形态学描述,对测得的数据进行科学的统计学分析,以期对三尖瓣复合体的认识有一个系统清晰的量化标准,同时为超声多普勒对于三尖瓣的生理、病理现象的解释提供了解剖学依据,为三维超声对三尖瓣疾病诊断提供了可靠的形态学依据及精确的数值;也为心脏外科进行三尖瓣手术提供了量化参考指标,各联合的表面投影位置还为瓣膜手术术中定位提供可靠依据,增加了手术的安全性。
[Abstract]:Tricuspid valve complex can be regarded as a whole in terms of morphology, function, correlation in the process of disease development and clinical diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, ultrasonic diagnostic technology has been constantly improved and developed, which has brought a powerful impetus for cardiac microsurgery. The previous morphological studies of heart valves can not meet the needs of clinical development. Therefore, the various observation indexes of tricuspid complex were described in detail, and the measured data were analyzed scientifically and statistically. It is expected that there is a systematic and clear quantitative standard for the recognition of tricuspid complex, and that it provides anatomic basis for the interpretation of the physiological and pathological phenomena of tricuspid valve by ultrasound Doppler. It provides a reliable morphological basis and accurate value for the diagnosis of tricuspid valve disease by three-dimensional ultrasound, and also provides a quantitative reference index for tricuspid valve surgery in cardiac surgery. The combined surface projection position also provides reliable basis for the location of valve operation, and increases the safety of the operation.
