学校心理社会环境教师评定问卷编制及信效度分析

【摘要】:目的编制适合我国中小学教师使用的学校心理社会环境评定工具,为科学评定学校心理社会环境和对学生进行心理干预提供依据。方法根据标准化问卷开发程序,通过文献回顾、专家咨询,定性研究形成条目池;运用7种统计方法对各条目进行筛选,以北京、陕西219名中小学教师为调查对象,初步评价其信度和效度。结果探索性因子分析将该问卷划分为亲密度、互动性及公平性3个维度。经过筛选,共有17个条目入选,该问卷的重测相关系数、Cronbachα系数、分半信度系数分别为0.872,0.813,0.761;所有条目的累积贡献率达48.194%。结论学校心理社会环境教师评定问卷具有较好的准确性和可靠性,但问卷结构尚不理想。需进一步通过增加条目种类、增加特征值数量的提取等措施,使问卷在结构更加完善。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a school psychosocial environment assessment tool suitable for primary and secondary school teachers in China, and to provide the basis for scientific evaluation of school psychosocial environment and psychological intervention for students. Methods according to the development procedure of standardized questionnaire, through literature review, expert consultation and qualitative study, the items were selected by 7 statistical methods. 219 primary and middle school teachers in Beijing and Shaanxi were investigated. Its reliability and validity were preliminarily evaluated. Results by exploratory factor analysis, the questionnaire was divided into three dimensions: affinity, interactivity and fairness. After screening, 17 items were selected. The coefficient of correlation and split-half reliability of this questionnaire were 0.872n0.8130.761and the cumulative contribution rate of all items was 48.1944.The coefficient of Cronbach 伪 and the coefficient of split-half reliability were 0.872and 0.8130.761respectively, and the cumulative contribution rate of all items was 48.194. Conclusion the questionnaire has good accuracy and reliability, but the structure of the questionnaire is not ideal. It is necessary to improve the structure of the questionnaire by adding the category of items and increasing the number of eigenvalues.
