溶藻弧菌抗独特型抗体基因工程疫苗的研究

【摘要】:鱼病已成为水产养殖业发展的主要障碍,制约着水产养殖业的发展。鱼病的现有防治方法多使用各种化学药物、抗生素和减毒、灭活疫苗。抗生素的长期使用易使鱼类产生耐药性,而且抗生素的残留会通过食物链对人类造成危害。而现有的传统疫苗的安全性难以掌握。灭活疫苗由于使用物理、化学的方法灭活,在制备过程中抗原活性有可能受到破坏,并且残留的细菌内毒素及其它杂质可能会使鱼体出现炎症而死亡。减毒疫苗保留的部分毒性会影响周围环境的生物。国内外水产科技工作者正积极寻求防治效果好,安全性高,不产生抗药性,无药物残留,而且不会造成环境污染的防治鱼病方法。 国外已有新型疫苗出现,如核酸疫苗,合成肽疫苗及抗独特型抗体疫苗等,但这些新型疫苗在安全性、廉价性等方面各有优势也各有缺陷,由于各种原因目前还停留在实验室阶段而未能大量用于养殖渔业。目前对于抗独特型抗体疫苗作为新一代疫苗日益受到重视。针对
[Abstract]:Fish disease has become a major obstacle to the development of aquaculture, restricting the development of aquaculture. The existing prevention and cure methods of fish disease mostly use all kinds of chemical drugs, antibiotics and attenuated, inactivated vaccine. Long-term use of antibiotics makes fish resistant, and antibiotic residues can harm humans through the food chain. The safety of existing traditional vaccines is difficult to grasp. Due to the inactivation of the inactivated vaccine by physical and chemical methods, the antigen activity may be destroyed during the preparation process, and the residual bacterial endotoxin and other impurities may cause inflammation and death in the fish body. Some of the toxicity retained by attenuated vaccines can affect the surrounding organisms. Aquatic science and technology workers at home and abroad are actively seeking to control fish disease with good control effect, high safety, no drug resistance, no drug residue, and no environmental pollution. There have been new vaccines abroad, such as nucleic acid vaccine, synthetic peptide vaccine and anti-idiotypic antibody vaccine. However, these new vaccines have their own advantages and disadvantages in terms of safety, low cost, etc. For various reasons, it is still in the laboratory stage and can not be used in aquaculture fishery.
