益生菌制剂生物效应的实验研究

【摘要】: 随着经济的飞速发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量和自身健康的要求在不断提高。自发现益生菌以来,益生菌对人们健康有益和有效的研究正越来越受到重视。目前,益生菌产品正成为大众消费的一部分,以益生菌制剂为核心的生产、消费群正变得越来越大。益生菌这种活性菌群能调节肠道内原生微生物菌群的平衡,从而有益人体健康。然而,益生菌产品究竟给人们健康带来哪些影响,这是大众关心所在,同时,也是该领域科研的热点。 为此,本研究设计了一系列的活体动物实验,采用了形态学观测,免疫比浊法,模型对照实验法,噻唑蓝(MTT)比色分析等方法,考察益生菌制剂对动物消化系统、免疫系统和循环系统的影响。测试了实验小鼠的肠道运动功能,肠道pH变化,肠壁形态变化,胸腺系数、脾脏系数,血清中IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量,血液高低切粘度,光密度值等指标。 实验表明饮用菌剂的实验组与对照组相比,实验组小鼠肠道运动显著加强(P0.01),肠道粘膜形态得到改善;脾脏指数(P0.05)、C3(P0.01)、IgA含量有显著提高,血清胆固醇含量显著降低(P0.01)、甘油三酯含量也有所降低(P0.05)、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量没显著变化,而血液低切粘度有很大的改善,MTT比色实验所测光密度值随试剂浓度增大而减少,细胞相对增殖率随浓度增大而降低,益生菌制剂液能抑制C26细胞的增殖。 以上实验结果分别从消化、吸收、免疫,血液学等方面,证实益生菌制剂的确有利于增强动物的消化功能,可促进机体免疫抗体球蛋白合成,提高机体免疫力,减少胆固醇含量,降低血液粘度。实验结果可以为当前益生菌作用机理的理论研究提供实验参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demands on quality of life and their own health are increasing. Since the discovery of probiotics, more and more attention has been paid to the beneficial and effective study of probiotics to people's health. At present, probiotic products are becoming a part of mass consumption, the production of probiotics as the core, consumer groups are becoming larger and larger. Probiotics, a group of active bacteria, can regulate the balance of intestinal protozoa, which is beneficial to human health. However, the influence of probiotic products on people's health is the focus of public concern and scientific research in this field. Therefore, a series of animal experiments in vivo were designed in this study. Morphological observation, immune turbidimetry, model control experiment and (MTT) colorimetric analysis were used to investigate the effects of probiotics on the digestive system of animals. The effects of the immune system and the circulatory system. The changes of intestinal motor function, intestinal pH, intestinal wall morphology, thymus coefficient, spleen coefficient, serum IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4, cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein were measured. Blood viscosity, optical density and other indicators. The results showed that compared with the control group, the intestinal motility of the experimental group was significantly enhanced (P0.01), and the intestinal mucosal morphology was improved. Spleen index (P0.05), C3 (P0.01), IgA), serum cholesterol (P0.01), triglyceride (P0.05), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were significantly increased. The low density lipoprotein content did not change significantly, but the low shear viscosity of blood was improved greatly. The optical density value of MTT colorimetric experiment decreased with the increase of reagent concentration, and the relative proliferation rate of cells decreased with the increase of concentration. Probiotics can inhibit the proliferation of C26 cells. From the aspects of digestion, absorption, immunity, hematology and so on, the above results prove that probiotic preparations are indeed beneficial to enhance the digestive function of animals, promote the synthesis of immunoglobulin, and improve the immunity of the body. Reduce cholesterol content, reduce blood viscosity. The experimental results can provide experimental reference for the theoretical study of probiotic action mechanism.
