汉坦病毒受体的筛选及鉴定
[Abstract]:Hantavirus belongs to Bunia viridae. It is a single-stranded negative-stranded RNA virus with envelope. The genome is divided into three segments of (M), and small (S) in large (L), which encodes RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of the virus, respectively. Envelope glycoprotein (G1 and G2) and nuclear protein (NP). Glycoprotein G1 and G2 constitute a viral adsorptive protein (VAP). Hantavirus mainly causes two kinds of acute infectious diseases: one is characterized by fever, hemorrhage, acute renal dysfunction and immune dysfunction, and the other is pulmonary infiltration and pulmonary interstitial edema, the other is hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) (HFRS), which is characterized by fever, hemorrhage, acute renal dysfunction and immune dysfunction. Rapid development of Hantavirus lung syndrome (HPS). Characterized by respiratory distress and failure China is the country with the most serious HFRS epidemic in the world, the annual number of cases is 5-100000, the clinical condition is serious, and the fatality rate is high. At present, there are no specific therapeutic drugs for Hantavirus-induced diseases, and the pathogenesis of Hantavirus has not been clarified. The binding of virus to the corresponding receptors on the cell surface is one of the main factors that determine the host specificity, tissue tropism and pathogenicity of the virus, which is the initial link in the replication process of virus infection. Therefore, the study of Hantavirus receptor may help to clarify the pathogenesis of Hantavirus and provide a new method for antiviral therapy and vaccine development.
