精子形态及顶体酶活性对精子质量和体外受精结局影响的研究

【摘要】：第一部分 精子图谱 目的 初步描绘出精子的各类形态，为辅助生殖治疗前助孕方式的选择提供依据，加深对精子形态的认识。 方法 采用世界卫生组织推荐的巴氏染色方法。 结果 获得了一套完整的精子形态图谱。 结论 开展精子形态学检查，对应用辅助生殖技术治疗不孕症具有重要的指导和临床实践意义。 第二部分 精子形态对体外受精结局影响的研究 目的 探索正常形态精子、异常形态精子及未成熟精子(睾丸或附睾精子)对卵母细胞受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎发育率及临床妊娠结局的影响，旨在为不孕症患者行辅助生殖技术治疗前助孕方式的选择提供一种理论依据，同时也为辅助生殖技术方法的改进和完善，，积累理论和实践经验。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the first part is to describe the morphology of spermatozoa in order to provide the basis for the selection of assisted pregnancy before assisted reproductive therapy and to deepen the understanding of sperm morphology. Methods the pasteurian staining method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) was used. Results A complete set of sperm morphology map was obtained. Conclusion sperm morphological examination has important guiding and clinical significance in the treatment of infertility by assisted reproductive technique. [WT5 "HZ] conclusion [WT5" BZ] [WT5 "BZ] Objective to explore the fertilization rate of normal sperm, abnormal sperm and immature sperm (testicular or epididymal sperm) on oocytes. The effects of cleavage rate, high quality embryo development rate and clinical pregnancy outcome were aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the choice of assisted pregnancy mode before treatment with assisted reproductive technology for infertile patients, and at the same time for improving and perfecting the methods of assisted reproductive technology. Accumulate theoretical and practical experience.
