番茄红素对兔动脉粥样硬化形成和内皮细胞氧化损伤的影响
[Abstract]:It is believed that atherosclerotic diseases exhibit a state of high oxidative stress. Oxidative stress induced by reactive oxygen species (reactiveoxygen species,ROS) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic diseases. In the pathological process of atherosclerosis formation and development, reactive oxygen species (Ros) not only oxidize low density lipoprotein and promote foam cell formation, but also destroy vascular endothelial cells and lead to dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells mediated by reactive oxygen species (Ros). So as to promote the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. The damage of endothelial function is of great significance in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease (CAD), from the primary lipid lines to plaque injury. Vascular endothelial cell dysfunction is an early pathological change of atherosclerosis, and lipid peroxidation may be one of the initiation of endothelial dysfunction. Therefore, antioxidants are of positive significance in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis by preventing oxidative stress injury. A large number of epidemiological data show that the intake of lycopene is negatively correlated with the risk of coronary heart disease, plasma low lycopene has a higher risk of acute myocardial infarction and stroke. However, the specific mechanism of its prevention and treatment of these diseases is not clear. Lycopene is a good antioxidant. Blocking or inhibiting oxidative stress damage may be a way of lycopene anti-atherosclerosis formation. We tried to explore the effect and mechanism of anti-atherosclerosis through animal and cell experiments. Part one effect of lycopene on atherogenesis in rabbits objective to observe the effect of lycopene on atherosclerosis formation and lipid peroxidation injury induced by high fat feeding in New Zealand rabbits. Methods 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group, high fat model group and lycopene group. Lycopene group was treated with lycopene (6% lycopene powder 60mg per kilogram body weight per rabbit per day). Serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, serum SOD activity, malondialdehyde content, serum nitric oxide content and monooxia were measured 1 day before and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after the beginning of the experiment.
