多粘菌素B与美罗培南联合用药对泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌体外抗菌活性的研究

【摘要】:目的评价多粘菌素B与美罗培南体外联合应用对临床分离的30株泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌效应。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法和棋盘法测定多粘菌素B与美罗培南单独用药和联合用药后,临床分离的30株泛耐药的铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC),及计算部分抑菌浓度指数(fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC),根据FIC指数判定联合效应类型,判断是否有协同或拮抗作用。结果多粘菌素B与美罗培南联用后,药物对泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的MIC值均显著降低,FIC指数在0~0.5百分率为60%;FIC指数在0.5~1.0的百分率为30%。结论多粘菌素B与美罗培南联合用药后,以协同作用和相加作用为主,测定出分离的30株泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌作用无拮抗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the antibacterial effect of polymyxin B combined with meropenem on 30 strains of pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in vitro. Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration (minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC) of 30 strains of pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were determined by microbroth dilution method and chessboard method after polymyxin B and meropenem were used alone and in combination. The partial bacteriostatic concentration index (fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC) was calculated, and the type of joint effect was determined according to FIC index to determine whether there was synergistic or antagonistic effect. Results after the combination of polymyxin B and meropenem, the MIC value of polymyxin B to Pseudomonas aeruginosa decreased significantly, and the percentage of FIC index at 0 ~ 0.5% and FIC index 0.5 鈮,
