H5N1亚型禽流感防疫中应用生物信息学研究免疫方案的探讨

【摘要】: 在科研面临海量数据的年代,生物信息学作为一门新兴的综合性学科应运而生。95年美国人类基因组计划第一个五年总结报告中提出生物信息学的概念,即包含生物信息的获取、处理、贮存、分发、分析和解释的所有方面的一门学科,它综合运用数学、计算机科学和生物学的各种工具进行研究,目的在于了解大量的生物学意义。简单说来,生物信息学是在生物科学的研究中,以计算机为工具对基因组信息进行存储、检索和分析的科学。 人禽流行性感冒是由甲型禽流感病毒某些亚型中的一些毒株引起的急性呼吸道传染病。早在1981年,美国即有禽流感病毒H7N7感染人类引起结膜炎的报道。禽流感病毒是一种流感A,分子型以H5N1来命名。字母代表红血球凝聚素(H)和神经氨酸苷酶(N),这是两种可引起免疫反应的化学组分。尽管目前人禽流感只是在局部地区出现,但是,考虑到人类对禽流感病毒普遍缺乏免疫力、人类感染H5N1型禽流感病毒后的高病死率以及可能出现的病毒变异等,世界卫生组织(WHO)认为该疾病可能是对人类存在潜在威胁最大的疾病之一。 禽流感病毒感染方式非常复杂,这也给禽流感的防疫及治疗工作造成了很大的困难。目前,借助生物信息学综合临床数据的方式进行H5N1型禽流感防疫工作备受关注。本课题通过对计算机信息检索的生物信息学与禽流感相关临床数据进行结合,设想了一系列针对性的实验探讨。
[Abstract]:In the era of massive data in scientific research, bioinformatics came into being as a new comprehensive subject. In the first five-year summary report of the American Human Genome Project in 1995, the concept of bioinformatics was put forward, that is, a subject that includes all aspects of the acquisition, processing, storage, distribution, analysis and interpretation of biological information, which uses various tools of mathematics, computer science and biology to carry out research. The aim is to understand a great deal of biological significance. To put it simply, bioinformatics is a science that uses computer as a tool to store, retrieve and analyze genome information in the research of biological science. Human avian influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by some strains of avian influenza A virus. As early as 1981, avian influenza virus H7N7 infection in humans caused conjunctivitis was reported in the United States. Avian influenza virus is a kind of influenza A, the molecular type is named after H5N1. Letters represent red blood cell coagulant (H) and neuraminidase (N), two chemical components that can cause immune response. Although human avian influenza only appears in some areas at present, considering that human beings generally lack immunity to avian influenza virus, the high mortality rate after human infection with H5N1 avian influenza virus and possible virus variation, the World Health Organization (WHO) believes that the disease may be one of the most potentially threatening diseases to human beings. The infection mode of avian influenza virus is very complex, which also causes great difficulties to the prevention and treatment of avian influenza. At present, the epidemic prevention of H5N1 avian influenza with the help of bioinformatics comprehensive clinical data has attracted much attention. In this paper, a series of targeted experimental discussions are conceived by combining the clinical data of bioinformatics and avian influenza in computer information retrieval.
