听觉统合训练对整体发育迟缓儿童语言及情绪-社会性的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨听觉统合训练(auditory integration training,AIT)对整体发育迟缓(global developmental delay,GDD)儿童语言及情绪-社会性的治疗效果。方法:144例GDD儿童随机分成治疗组、对照组和空白对照组,每组轻度GDD 28例,中重度GDD 20例。运用脑干诱发电位仪行ASSR测试判定听觉敏感频率,数码听觉统合训练仪进行AIT治疗,采用0—6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表、AIT疗效调查表,治疗前后3个月语言发育商、总发育商评分差异及AIT治疗3个月后临床症状的变化来评估整体疗效。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组中轻度GDD语言DQ、总DQ较治疗前明显提高(P0.001),而治疗组中中重度GDD患儿以及全部对照组中患儿语言DQ、总DQ较治疗前提高不明显,差异无显著性意义(P0.05),全部空白对照组语言DQ、总DQ较治疗前明显降低(P0.01,P0.05)。轻度GDD三组患儿治疗后3个月语言DQ、总DQ差异有非常显著性意义(P0.001),中重度GDD三组患儿治疗后3个月总DQ差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗后两两比较显示:轻度GDD治疗组与空白对照组语言DQ、总DQ比较差异显著(P0.01,P0.01),中重度GDD治疗组与空白对照组总DQ比较差异显著(P0.05),轻度、中重度GDD对照组与空白对照组总DQ比较差异显著(P0.05),轻度GDD对照组与空白对照组语言DQ比较差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。AIT治疗3个月后在语言、社会交往上平均总有效率60.42%、72.92%,控制情绪能力平均总有效率20.83%。结论:AIT能促进轻度GDD儿童语言发育水平,提高GDD儿童社会交往能力及改善情绪。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of auditory integrative training (AITs) on global developmental delay-GDDs in children with global developmental delay.Methods: 144 children with GDD were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and blank control group, with 28 mild GDD in each group. Twenty cases of moderate and severe GDD were treated with brainstem evoked potential instrument (ASSR) and digital auditory integrative training instrument (AIT). After 3 months of treatment, the difference of language development quotient, total development quotient score and the changes of clinical symptoms after 3 months of AIT treatment were used to evaluate the overall efficacy. The DQs of mild GDD and total DQ in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the total DQ in the moderate and severe GDD group and the control group were not significantly increased compared with those before treatment. There was no significant difference (P 0.05). The total DQ and total DQ in all blank control group were significantly lower than those before treatment. After 3 months treatment, the total DQ and total DQ in mild GDD group were significantly lower than those before treatment. There was a significant difference in total DQ between mild GDD group and moderate severe GDD group 3 months after treatment. There was significant difference in total DQ between mild GDD group and blank control group after 3 months of treatment (P 0.05). There was a significant difference in total DQ between mild GDD group and blank control group (P 0.01). There was significant difference in total DQ between moderate and severe GDD group and blank control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference in total DQ between moderate and severe GDD control group and blank control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in language DQ between mild GDD control group and blank control group. After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in language between mild GDD control group and blank control group. The average total effective rate of social communication was 60.42 and the average effective rate of controlling emotion was 20.83.Conclusion: AIT can promote language development level of mild GDD children, improve social communication ability and improve mood of GDD children.
