基于体感互动技术的ADHD儿童执行功能研究

【摘要】:执行功能是近半个世纪来神经心理学领域的研究热点,并且随着对有执行功能缺陷的人群,尤其是特殊儿童的研究,近几年来也逐渐在特殊教育领域扩大了研究的广度。在研究过程中,不同的执行功能测量方式得以使用,其中,操作性执行功能测验的种类尤为繁多。不同的测验范式和呈现方式会对执行功能的测量结果产生影响,实验室环境中某项执行功能的测量也无法观察儿童执行功能的整体表现。因此,本研究尝试将体感互动技术和经典的执行功能测量范式相结合,设计了停止信号任务和译码任务两项体感互动任务,对注意缺陷/多动障碍(ADHD)儿童和典型发展儿童进行了执行功能测验,以探索体感互动任务应用于ADHD儿童执行功能评估的可行性。研究结果显示:(1)译码任务对儿童执行功能的测量结果与Stroop色-词关联测验、威斯康辛卡片分类测验和背数测验结果有极其显著的相关,具体体现在译码任务结果的数据上。(2)反应停止任务与执行功能测验的相关性并不大,但是任务中的红灯错误率和红灯停止反应时与执行功能测验有一定相关性。(3)通过体感互动任务可以发现,ADHD-Ⅰ型和ADHD-C型儿童的执行功能情况并没有显著差异,但是ADHD-C型儿童执行功能缺陷程度更重一点。(4)药物能够有效改善ADHD儿童的注意控制、认知灵活性和工作记忆的语音环能力,对于抑制能力也有一定改善。(5)采用体感互动任务测量ADHD儿童和典型发展儿童的执行功能,结果显示出显著的差异性,说明体感互动任务测量执行功能具有一定效度。综合研究结果进行分析和讨论,可以得出以下结论:由于良好的互动、对儿童认知和运动等多种能力的调动,有别于其他临床测验,体感互动技术任务可反映多种执行功能的综合情况。体感互动技术应用于ADHD儿童执行功能测量有独特的优势,能够弥补传统操作性执行功能测验的不足,因此,在ADHD儿童执行功能评估中具有一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Executive function has been a hot research topic in the field of neuropsychology for nearly half a century, and along with the research on the population with executive dysfunction, especially special children, In recent years, it has also gradually expanded the scope of research in the field of special education. In the course of the research, different ways of measuring executive functions have been used, among which, The types of operational executive function tests are particularly diverse. Different test paradigms and presentation patterns have an impact on the measurement results of executive function. Therefore, this study attempts to combine the somatosensory interaction technology with the classical executive function measurement paradigm.
