清肺口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿博卡病毒肺炎的临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察清肺口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿博卡病毒肺炎的临床疗效。方法将59例博卡病毒肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用清肺口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗,对照组给予氨溴特罗口服液和利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察两组患儿的综合疗效,及治疗前后主症积分、次症积分和症状总积分变化情况。结果治疗组综合疗效优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后主症积分、次症积分、症状总积分均较治疗前降低(P0.05);在治疗后主症积分、次症积分和症状总积分下降方面,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论清肺口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿博卡病毒肺炎疗效确切。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Qingfei oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection in treating children with Boca virus pneumonia. Methods 59 cases of Boca virus pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Qingfei oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection, the control group was treated with ambroterol oral solution and ribavirin injection. Results the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of symptom score and symptom total score. Conclusion Qingfei oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection is effective in the treatment of children with Boca virus pneumonia.
