单磷酸阿糖腺苷与利巴韦林治疗手足口病的疗效研究

【摘要】：目的比较单磷酸阿糖腺苷与利巴韦林治疗手足口病(HFMD)患儿的效果。方法将某院2013年4月—2015年4月收治的120例HFMD患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷进行治疗,对照组采用利巴韦林进行治疗,比较两组患儿疗效。结果治疗后观察组肠道病毒EV、EV71、柯萨奇病毒A16(CA16)的病毒转阴率分别为87.0%、85.7%、93.1%,对照组分别为64.0%、69.8%、78.6%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组患儿住院时间为(4.5±1.3)d,短于对照组的(6.2±1.2)d;各症状(发热、口腔炎、皮疹)控制时间均短于对照组(均P0.05)。按有无合并症进行分组,观察组的治疗效果均优于对照组;治疗后观察组患儿心肌酶谱各项指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)、WBC均低于对照组(均P0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组HFMD患儿疗效优于利巴韦林对照组,但需进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of adenosine arabinomonophosphate and ribavirin in the treatment of HFMD in children with HFMD. Methods from April 2013 to April 2015, 120 children with HFMD were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with adenosine arabinoside monophosphate and the control group with ribavirin. Results after treatment, the negative rate of enterovirus EV71 and Coxsackie virus A16 CA16 in the observation group was 87.0 and 85.7 respectively, and that in the control group was 69.88.6. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The hospitalization time of the children in the observation group was 4.5 卤1.3 days, which was shorter than that in the control group (6.2 卤1.2 days), and the control time of each symptom (fever, stomatitis, rash) was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and all the indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of adenosine monophosphate treatment group is better than that of ribavirin control group. But further study is needed.
