深圳市中小学生血压与体质量指数的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨深圳市中小学生血压与体质量指数(BMI)的关系,为高血压的早期预防提供参考。方法抽取深圳市小学、初中、高中各10所共40 989名学生为研究对象,对学生身高、体重和血压数据进行测量和分析。结果高血压检出率达12.49%,高收缩压和高舒张压检出率分别为9.07%和5.70%。不同营养状况学生高血压、高收缩压、高舒张压检出率差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为340.630,668.535,101.548,P值均0.01),肥胖学生高血压、高收缩压和高舒张压检出率均最高,分别为23.79%,19.72%和9.61%;营养正常学生高血压、高收缩压和高舒张压检出率分别为10.67%,7.38%和5.15%。相关性分析显示,不同性别学段学生收缩压、舒张压均与BMI呈正相关(P值均0.01)。结论深圳市中小学生血压状况不容乐观,血压与BMI存在正相关,应多关注超重肥胖儿童的血压状况。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) in primary and middle school students in Shenzhen, and to provide reference for early prevention of hypertension. Results the detection rate of hypertension was 12.49, high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic blood pressure were 9.07% and 5.70 respectively. The detectable rate of high diastolic blood pressure was significantly different (蠂 ~ 2 = 340.630 ~ 668.535A 101.548p = 0.01g / L, respectively). The detection rates of hypertension, high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic pressure in obese students were the highest (23.79g / r 19.72%) and 9.61g / s, respectively. The positive rates of high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic blood pressure were 10.677.38% and 5.15%, respectively. The correlation analysis showed that systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with BMI (P = 0.01). Conclusion the blood pressure of primary and middle school students in Shenzhen is not optimistic. There is a positive correlation between blood pressure and BMI, and more attention should be paid to the blood pressure of overweight and obese children.
