多排螺旋CT对儿童颅骨膜血窦的诊断价值

【摘要】:目的:探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)对儿童颅骨膜血窦(SP)的诊断及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经MSCT检查的SP病例共30例,根据肿块的部位,分为近中线区和远离中线区的颅骨膜血窦,记录CT表现及治疗随访情况。结果:30例中有22例为近中线区的类圆形包块;其中21例颅骨缺损为类圆形的孔状及点状;3例合并颅缝早闭,2例合并血栓。另外8例颅骨膜血窦位于远离中线部位,肿块形态各异,颅骨缺损不规则。30例中有23例MSCT可显示肿块经颅骨缺损处与颅内静脉或静脉窦相通;所有病例,均有骨质改变。结论:近中线区的儿童颅骨膜血窦,包块与骨质缺损多为类圆形;而远离中线区的肿块及骨质缺损形态不规则。MSCT术前可以明确诊断该病,通过测量颅骨缺损的大小并发现合并症,对治疗有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) of sinus pericranii (SP) diagnosis. Methods: retrospective analysis of the MSCT SP examination in 30 cases according to the tumor location, divided into the near midline area and away from the midline sinus pericranii records, CT and treatment of follow-up. Results: among the 30 cases, 22 cases were round mass near the midline; including 21 cases of skull defect for porous and punctate round; 3 cases with craniosynostosis, 2 cases with thrombosis. Another 8 cases of cranial periosteum sinusoid is located away from the midline, different forms of mass cranial bone defect, irregular.30 cases in 23 cases of MSCT showed the tumor through the skull defect with intracranial venous or sinus interlinked; all cases had bony changes. Conclusion: near the midline sinus pericranii, mass and bone defects were oval in shape; and away from the midline mass morphology and bone defect Rule.MSCT can diagnose the disease clearly before operation. The size of skull defect is measured and the complication is found. It has a certain guiding effect on the treatment.
