布拉氏酵母菌对轮状病毒感染儿童血清IL-6和TNF-α的表达水平影响研究

【摘要】:目的观察布拉氏酵母菌对轮状病毒感染儿童血清IL-6和TNF-α表达影响。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月医院儿科病房或急诊收治的轮状病毒感染患儿92例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各46例,试验组采用布拉氏酵母菌干预治疗,对照组常规疗法干预,治疗7天后,比较两组患儿临床疗效及血清IL-6(白介素-6)和TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)表达水平,并统计两组患儿最终住院时间。结果治疗后试验组患儿的总有效率为91.31%,对照组为67.39%,试验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前,两组患儿IL-6及TNF-α的表达水平差异无统计学意义;治疗后,试验组和对照组患儿的IL-6及TNF-α表达水平均降低,试验组患儿IL-6及TNF-α改善水平优于对照组;试验组患儿平均住院时间为(4.33±1.54)天,对照组为(7.56±1.99)天,试验组患儿的住院时间低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿均未出现药物不良反应。结论布拉氏酵母菌治疗儿童轮状病毒腹泻临床效果好,可减轻腹泻症状,减少患儿住院时间,同时抑制患儿免疫及炎症反应,降低血清TNF-α和IL-6的表达。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on rotavirus infection in children with serum IL-6 and TNF- expression. Methods from January 2014 December -2016 year pediatric ward of the hospital or emergency from rotavirus infection in 92 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 46 cases in each experimental group, using Saccharomyces boulardii treatment. The control group received routine therapy, 7 days after treatment, compared two groups of clinical efficacy and serum of patients with IL-6 (IL -6) and TNF- alpha (TNF alpha) expression, and statistics of two groups of children hospitalized time. Group after treatment the total effective rate was 91.31%, the control group was 67.39%. The test group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); before treatment, no statistically significant difference between the expression level of the two groups of IL-6 and TNF- alpha; after treatment, the test group and the control group with IL-6 and TNF- a table The water was reduced, the experimental group IL-6 and TNF- alpha to improve the level of the experimental group than the control group; the average hospitalization time was (4.33 + 1.54) days, the control group (7.56 + 1.99) days, hospitalization time of experimental group were lower than control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P0.05); bad drug reactions were not found in two groups. The clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii treatment of rotavirus diarrhea in children in conclusion, can alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea, reduce the time of hospitalization, and suppresses the immune and inflammatory reaction of patients, reduction of serum TNF- and the expression of IL-6.
