哈尔滨某中学隐性肥胖青少年心血管代谢危险性调查

【摘要】:目的了解体重正常而体脂肪含量超标的"隐性肥胖"青少年与正常组心血管代谢指标的差异,为评估青少年肥胖及心血管代谢风险提供依据。方法选取哈尔滨市体质监测点校某中学的623名初中生进行体格检查、体成分测定及相关代谢生化指标检测。将BMI正常的369名初中生作为研究对象,将体脂率男生20%,女生25%定义为隐性肥胖,其中隐性肥胖组134名,正常组235名。结果学生隐性肥胖检出率为36.3%,其中男生为18.9%,女生为48.6%(χ~2=34.06,P0.05)。隐性肥胖组总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于正常组,男生隐性肥胖组三酰甘油(TG)水平高于正常组,女生隐性肥胖组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于正常组(P值均0.05);隐性肥胖组血压、血糖水平与正常组之间的差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。男生隐性肥胖组高TG血症检出率高于正常组,女生隐性肥胖组高TC、高LDL-C检出率均高于正常组(P值均0.05),但男女生隐性肥胖组与正常组的血压偏高和高血糖的检出率差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。结论哈尔滨市某中学隐性肥胖检出率较高,隐性肥胖的青少年存在一定比例血脂代谢异常。及早识别青少年隐性肥胖,对控制心血管代谢性疾病具有积极意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of cardiovascular metabolic indexes between recessive obese adolescents with normal body weight and body fat content, and to provide evidence for assessing obesity and cardiovascular metabolic risk in adolescents.Methods 623 junior high school students from a middle school in Harbin physical monitoring point were selected for physical examination, body composition determination and related metabolic biochemical index detection.A total of 369 junior high school students with normal BMI were studied. The body fat rate of 20 boys and 25% of girls was defined as recessive obesity, including 134 recessive obesity and 235 normal subjects.Results the prevalence rate of recessive obesity was 36.3%, including 18.9% for boys and 48.6% for girls (蠂 ~ 2 + 34.06) (P 0.05).The levels of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the recessive obesity group were higher than those in the normal group, and the levels of triglyceride TGin in the male recessive obesity group were higher than those in the normal group.The HDL-Clevel of female covert obesity group was lower than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in blood pressure, blood glucose level between recessive obesity group and normal group (P = 0.05).The detection rate of hypertriglyceridemia in boys with recessive obesity was higher than that in normal subjects.The detection rate of high TC and high LDL-C in female recessive obesity group was higher than that in normal group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in blood pressure and hyperglycemia between male and female recessive obesity group and normal group (P = 0.05).Conclusion the detection rate of recessive obesity is high in a middle school in Harbin, and there is a certain proportion of abnormal lipid metabolism among the adolescents with recessive obesity.Early identification of adolescent recessive obesity has positive significance in controlling cardiovascular metabolic diseases.
