高低睾酮水平组青少年情绪面孔任务下激活脑区差异的fMRI研究

【摘要】:目的:通过对高低睾酮水平的青少年在三种情绪面孔刺激下大脑激活状态的观察,探讨睾酮对情绪面孔识别的影响。 方法:10名高睾酮水平青少年和10名低睾酮水平青少年参与本研究,两组被试分别观看高兴面孔图片、中性面孔图片和愤怒面孔图片,同时采用3.0Tesla核磁共振扫描系统获取被试的大脑活动信号,获得的数据使用SPM5软件分析处理。 结果:⑴两组被试观看高兴面孔图片引起的正性情绪反应评分无统计学差异,观看愤怒图片引起的负性情绪有统计学差异;⑵高睾酮水平组,观看高兴情绪面孔图片时,平均激活脑区:左侧额叶中央前、后回、左侧颞中回、左侧扣带回,右侧颞叶(Sub-gyral)、右侧岛叶;⑶低睾酮水平组观看高兴图片激活脑区:左侧额中回、右侧颞叶颞上回;⑷高睾酮组观看高兴面孔情绪图片比低睾酮组观看高兴面孔情绪激活增加脑区是:左侧顶下小叶、左侧额上回、左颞中回、左侧颞下回、额中回、中央前回,右侧中央前回,右侧扣带回;⑸高睾酮水平组在愤怒面孔图片刺激下平均激活脑区为:左侧额叶(Sub-gyral)、左侧颞上回、左侧顶叶(Sub-gyral),右侧颞中回,右侧扣带回,右侧楔前叶,右侧岛叶、右侧额叶(Sub-gyral);⑹低睾酮水平组观看愤怒情绪面孔图片时激活脑区:左侧额下回,左楔前叶、左侧前额叶(Sub-gyral)、左侧顶楔叶、左侧小脑前、后叶,右侧小脑前叶;⑺高睾酮组在愤怒情绪面孔刺激下较低睾酮组在愤怒情绪面孔刺激任务下激活增加的脑区:右侧额叶额上回、额中回、额下回、中央后回,左侧顶叶顶下小叶,右侧边缘叶扣带回,右侧楔前叶,左侧岛叶;⑻.高睾酮水平组愤怒情绪图片刺激比高睾酮高兴情绪图片刺激激活更多的脑区:右额中回、额下回。⑼高睾酮水平组观看高兴情绪面孔图片比观看愤怒情绪面孔多激活脑区:左额叶(sub-gyrus),左右小脑扁桃体。⑽低睾酮水平组观看愤怒图片比观看高兴图片多激活的脑区是:右侧顶叶(sub-gyral)、左顶楔前叶。⑾高睾酮水平组观看中性情绪面孔图片激活脑区:右侧额叶中央前回、Sub-gyral,,左侧颞叶颞上回,右侧边缘叶扣带回,左侧顶叶中央旁小叶;⑿低睾酮组在中性面孔条件下激活脑区:右侧枕叶踞状皮层,左顶叶低睾酮组观看中性图片激活增加脑区为:右侧额上、中回,左右侧中央后回,左侧顶下小叶,右侧顶叶(Sub-gyral),左侧岛叶。Sub-gyral,楔叶;⒀高比低睾酮组观看中性图片激活增加脑区为:右侧额上、中回,左右侧中央后回,左侧顶下小叶,右侧顶叶(Sub-gyral),左侧岛叶。⒁睾酮水平与高兴任务下激活的左侧中央前回(r=0.654)、左侧颞中回(r=0.632)、右侧颞叶sub-gyral(r=0.639)正相关,与愤怒面孔识别任务下的右侧岛叶(r=0.644),右侧楔前叶(r=0.632)激活强度正相关。 结论: 1.人类情绪加工涉及到多个大脑皮层和大脑皮层下区域的神经激活,负性情绪加工涉及的脑区较正性情绪加工所涉及更多的脑区。负性情绪(愤怒)加工主要涉及右半球脑区,而正性(快乐)面孔情绪加工主要涉及左半球。 2.高睾酮水平情绪加工涉及更多脑区参与,低睾酮水平则相反。 3.睾酮水平与3个高兴脑区(左侧中央前回、颞中回,右侧颞叶sub-gyral),2个愤怒脑区(右侧岛叶、右侧楔前叶)的激活强度正相关。 4.高睾酮水平组中性图片与愤怒图片激活类似,睾酮水平增加可能导致负飘移(中性图像→愤怒图片)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of testosterone on emotional face recognition in adolescents with low testosterone levels under the stimulation of three kinds of emotional faces.
Methods: 10 adolescents with high testosterone level and 10 adolescents with low testosterone level were involved in this study. The two groups of subjects watched images of happy faces, images of neutral faces and images of angry faces, and the brain activity signals were obtained by 3.0Tesla MRI scanning system. The data obtained were analyzed by SPM5 software.
Results: (1) there was no statistical difference in the positive emotional response score of the two groups, and the negative emotion caused by the anger picture was statistically different. (2) in the high testosterone level group, the average activation of the brain area was observed in the picture of happy emotional faces: the left frontal lobe, the posterior gyrus, the left temporal gyrus, and the left cingulate gyrus, The right temporal lobe (Sub-gyral), the right Island leaf, and the low testosterone level group watched the activation of the brain area: the left middle frontal gyrus, the right temporal lobe, and the high testosterone group watching happy face mood images than the low testosterone group watching the activation of the happy face activation in the brain area: left apical lobule, left upper frontal gyrus, left temporal gyrus, left temporal lobe The lower frontal gyrus, the anterior central gyrus, the right anterior central gyrus, and the right cingulate gyrus; the left frontal lobe (Sub-gyral), left temporal gyrus, left parietal lobe (Sub-gyral), right temporal gyrus, right cingulate gyrus, right cingulate gyrus, right anterior cuneus, right Island lobe, right frontal lobe (Sub-gyral); The left frontal lobe, left prefrontal lobe (Sub-gyral), left parietal lobe, left anterior cerebellar, posterior lobe, right anterior lobe of the cerebellum, and lower testosterone group activated the increased brain area under angry emotional face stimulation in the group of testosterone levels: the left inferior frontal gyrus, left prefrontal lobe, left prefrontal lobe (Sub-gyral), left anterior cuneate lobe, left anterior cerebellum, posterior lobe, right anterior lobe of the cerebellum. The activation of neutral picture in the high ratio low testosterone group increased the brain area: right frontal, middle gyrus, left and right posterior central gyrus, left apical lobule, right parietal lobe (Sub-gyral), left Island leaf. Testosterone level and left precentral gyrus (r=0.654) activated by happy task. The left temporal gyrus (r=0.632) and the right temporal lobe sub-gyral (r=0.639) were positively correlated with the right Island leaf (r=0.644) and the right anterior wedge (r=0.632) activation intensity under the angry face recognition task.
Conclusion:
1. human emotional processing involves multiple cerebral cortex and subcortical neurons in the cerebral cortex. Negative emotion processing involves more brain regions involved in more positive emotional processing. Negative emotion (anger) is mainly involved in the right hemisphere, while positive (happy) face emotion is mainly involved in the left hemisphere.
2. emotional processing in high testosterone involves more brain regions, while low testosterone levels are opposite.
The level of 3. testosterone is positively correlated with the activation intensity of 3 happy brain regions (left anterior central gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, right temporal lobe sub-gyral), and 2 indignant brain regions (right Island lobe, right anterior lobe).
4. the neutral pictures in the high testosterone group were similar to those in the angry pictures. The increase in testosterone level may lead to negative drift (neutral image to angry picture).
