中药方剂联合阿奇霉素抗支原体感染对小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎患儿采用中药方剂联合阿奇霉素抗支原体感染临床疗效。方法:本组84例支原体肺炎患儿按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组患者用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,观察组在此基础增加中药方剂内服治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者临床总有效率(92.86%)显著高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗后止咳平均时间、气喘消失平均时间、湿罗音消失平均时间、退热时间及治疗时间均低于对照组患者;观察组患者治疗后的免疫功能指标包括IL-6、TNF-α水平值低于对照组;观察组患者不良反应显著低于对照组患者。结论:小儿支原体肺炎患儿采用中药方剂联合阿奇霉素抗支原体感染临床疗效显著,不良反应较轻,具有重要的临床研究价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma infection in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 84 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin intravenous drip, while the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (92.86) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.43), the difference was statistically significant, the average time of relieving cough, the average time of asthma disappearance, the average time of disappearance of wet rales, the average time of disappearance of moist rales after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The antipyretic time and treatment time were lower than those of the control group, the immune function of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the level of IL-6 TNF- 伪 was lower than that of the control group. The adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: the Chinese medicine prescription combined with azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia has a significant clinical effect on mycoplasma infection with mild adverse reactions and has important clinical research value.
