浅谈手足口病的防治

【摘要】：目的探讨小儿手足口病发病的临床特点及治疗经验,特别是有效防治可以避免小儿手足口病大规模流行及暴发。方法调查2011年1月—2016年10月凉山州小儿手足口病发病人数。采用病例报道的研究方法,设计病例调查表,收集发病人数、重症患儿、死亡人数等。结果 2014年凉山州小儿手足口病发病人数、重症患儿及死亡人数明显增多,具有流行趋势。但经过有效防治2015年及2016年发病人数、重症患儿及死亡人数明显下降。结论小儿手足口病只要及时、早期诊断治疗,注意生命体征监测及症状体征的变化。对重症患儿及时采取对策,经过有效防治能够避免大规模流行及暴发。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of hand, foot and mouth disease in children, especially to prevent and cure the large scale epidemic and outbreak of hand foot and mouth disease in children. Methods the incidence of HFMD in children in Liangshan from January 2011 to October 2016 was investigated. The method of case report was used to design a case questionnaire to collect the number of cases, severe children, death rate and so on. Results in 2014, the number of HFMD, severe children and death in Liangshan state increased obviously, which showed an epidemic trend. However, after effective prevention and treatment in 2015 and 2016, the number of severe children and deaths decreased significantly. Conclusion as long as children hand, foot and mouth disease are diagnosed and treated in time, attention should be paid to the monitoring of vital signs and the changes of symptoms and signs. After effective prevention and treatment, large-scale epidemic and outbreak can be avoided.
