益生菌对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿细胞免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨益生菌对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿细胞免疫功能的影响及其临床意义。方法采用前瞻性随机双盲安慰剂对照临床研究方法,将在我院儿科住院的60例ITP患儿分为治疗组及安慰剂组,两组均在常规治疗基础上加服益生菌或安慰剂治疗,治疗前及治疗8周后均采血检测T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)浓度,并以30例健康同龄儿为对照组。结果与对照组比较,治疗前病例组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及IL-4水平显著降低,IFN-γ水平显著增高[(61.67±11.34)%vs(71.00±7.38)%,(35.80±12.81)%vs(45.20±6.59)%,1.83±1.04 vs 2.27±0.67,(11.81±8.21)pg/m L vs(19.01±8.44)pg/m L,(5.94±3.80)pg/m L vs(2.08±0.95)pg/m L]。治疗后8周,随着病情好转,治疗组CD4、CD4/CD8及IL-4水平均显著高于安慰剂组,IFN-γ水平显著低于安慰剂组[41.77±11.86)%vs(35.31±11.12)%,2.26±1.56 vs 1.53±0.80,(18.23±10.15)pg/m L vs(12.30±9.35)pg/m L,(2.36±1.81)pg/m L vs(4.03±3.48)pg/m L]。结论益生菌可调节机体细胞免疫功能,其可能通过恢复机体细胞免疫的平衡而对疾病的恢复起积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of probiotics on the cellular immune function of children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and its clinical significance. Methods a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled clinical study was used to divide 60 children with ITP into the treatment group and the placebo group. All the two groups were Prebiotic on the basis of routine treatment. T lymphocyte subsets and cytokine gamma interferon (IFN- gamma) and interleukin -4 (IL-4) concentration were detected before and after 8 weeks of treatment, and 30 healthy children were compared with the control group. The results were significantly lower than those in the control group, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and IL-4, and the level of IFN- gamma was significantly increased [(61] .67 + 11.34), (71 + 7.38)%, (35.80 + 12.81)%vs (45.20 + 6.59)%, 1.83 + 1.04 vs 2.27 + 0.67, pg/m L vs (11.81 + 8.21) pg/m L, pg/m L vs (pg/m L VS) were significantly higher than placebo group after the improvement of the condition, the level of the therapeutic group was significantly lower than that of the placebo group. [41.77 + 11.86)%vs (35.31 + 11.12)%, 2.26 + 1.56 vs 1.53 + 0.80, (18.23 + 10.15) pg/m L vs (12.30 + 9.35) pg/m L, (2.36 + 1.81) pg/m L vs (2.36 + 1.81) pg/m conclusions can regulate the cellular immune function of the body, which may play a positive role in the recovery of the disease by restoring the balance of cellular immunity.
