外科临床中需要时刻注意鉴别的疾病

【摘要】：正小儿外科临床工作和成人外科一样进入微创时代,但小儿尤其婴幼儿解剖特性及生理特性暨风险性,还不能全方位展开,尤其是很多基层医院仍然以传统手术方式为主。许多年轻医生尤其是直接从事小儿外科工作的,外科基础不牢固,与外科疾病有关或类似的其他科室相关疾病不掌握,经验积累甚少。为避免纠纷发生,本文以从事外科工作30余年经验与年轻医生探讨交流几个临床经常容易混淆误诊的疾病。1阑尾炎与过敏性紫癜
