甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿慢性腹泻的临床疗效及其对患儿血锌水平的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿慢性腹泻的临床疗效及其对患儿血锌水平的影响。方法选取瑞安市人民医院2015年9月—2016年9月收治的慢性腹泻患儿120例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患儿予以常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础加服甘草锌颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗14 d后血锌水平、临床疗效,观察两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患儿血锌水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗14 d后观察组患儿血锌水平高于对照组(P0.05);治疗14 d后两组患儿血锌水平高于治疗前(P0.05)。观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿慢性腹泻的临床疗效确切,可有效提高血锌水平,利于患儿康复。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of licorice zinc granule (ZZG) on children with chronic diarrhea and its effect on blood zinc level. Methods 120 children with chronic diarrhea admitted in Ruian people's Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases each. Children in the control group were treated with routine therapy, and those in the observation group were treated with licorice and zinc granules. The serum zinc level and clinical efficacy were compared before and 14 days after treatment in the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed. Results there was no significant difference in serum zinc level between the two groups before treatment (P0.05); after 14 days of treatment, the serum zinc level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05); after 14 days of treatment, the serum zinc level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment (P0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Glycyrrhiza zinc granule is effective in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children. It can effectively improve the blood zinc level and benefit the recovery of children.
