经鼻间歇正压通气与机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效比较

【摘要】：目的探讨经鼻间歇正压通气(NIPPV)与气管插管正压通气(SIPPV)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法将84患儿根据患儿入院的先后顺序随机分为两组,各42例,分别标记为实验组、对照组。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患儿治疗有效率为83.33%,对照组患儿治疗有效率为59.52%,两组患儿之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血气分析各检查指标较治疗前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论经鼻间歇通气治疗具有疗效确切,并发症少,安全性高等优点,值得临床进一步推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) and tracheal intubation positive pressure ventilation (SIPPV) in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Eighty-four children were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission, 42 cases in each group, marked as experimental group and control group. To compare the effect of clinical treatment between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment was 83.33 in the experimental group and 59.52 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the transnasal intermittent ventilation has the advantages of effective, less complications and high safety, which is worthy of further clinical application.
