汾阳市小学生家长儿童高血压知识与培训意愿调查分析

【摘要】：目的调查汾阳市小学生家长对儿童高血压知识的了解现状、影响因素及培训意愿,为制定相应干预措施提供参考依据。方法自制汾阳市小学生家长儿童高血压相关知识现状情况调查问卷,采用整群随机抽样的方法,对山西省汾阳市两所小学共1 864名小学生的家长进行问卷调查,logistic回归分析汾阳市小学生家长对儿童高血压相关知识的认知情况及主要影响因素。结果汾阳市小学生家长对儿童高血压知识的知晓率大部分在50%以下;80%的家长认为有必要且愿意学习儿童高血压的相关知识。文化程度、职业、是否参加过培训是主要影响因素。文化程度为高中/中专(OR=1.592)、大专以上(OR=3.691);职业为行政事业人员(OR=3.549);自由职业者(OR=3.484)以及参加过儿童高血压知识培训(OR=4.250)的小学生家长对儿童高血压的相关知识得分更高。结论汾阳市小学生家长对儿童高血压知识匮乏,培训意愿强烈,政府和有关医疗单位、学校应共同建立适宜汾阳市小学生家长身心特点的培训方案,为汾阳市儿童高血压的预防干预提供依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation, influencing factors and training intention of parents' knowledge of hypertension in primary school students in Fenyang City, and to provide reference basis for making relevant intervention measures. Methods A questionnaire was made to investigate the current situation of hypertension among parents and children of primary school students in Fenyang City, and cluster random sampling was used. The parents of 1 864 primary school students in two primary schools in Fenyang City, Shanxi Province were investigated by logistic regression analysis. The cognition and main influencing factors of children's hypertension related knowledge were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results most of the parents of primary school students in Fenyang city knew about children's hypertension knowledge. 80% of the parents thought it necessary and willing to learn about children's hypertension knowledge. Education level, occupation, whether have participated in training are the main influencing factors. The education level of high school / secondary school (ORH1.592), junior college (OR3.691), administrative staff (OR3.549), freelancer (OR3.484) and parents who had participated in children's hypertension training (OR4.250) had higher scores on children's hypertension. Conclusion the parents of primary school students in Fenyang city are short of knowledge about hypertension and have strong intention to train. The government and relevant medical institutions and schools should jointly establish a training program suitable for the mental and physical characteristics of parents of primary school students in Fenyang city. To provide basis for prevention and intervention of hypertension in children in Fenyang city.
