止泻散加捏脊疗法治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：评价止泻散加捏脊疗法治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床疗效观察。 方法：通过收集湿热型轮状病毒性腹泻患儿60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予止泻散辅以捏脊疗法,对照组给予止泻散治疗,疗程3天。观察两组的总疗效、治疗前后中医症候的改善情况及止泻时间。 结果：治疗3天后,结果表明：综合疗效,治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率80%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；中医症候的疗效比较,治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率83.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)：在改善主要症状和体征的方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05)；治疗组的止泻时间较对照组缩短,差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论：止泻散加捏脊疗法治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床疗效显著,尤其改善中医症候和缩短病程方面有显著的优势。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Zhixiesan plus chiropractic therapy on rotavirus diarrhea in children. Methods: 60 children with rotavirus diarrhea of damp-heat type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Zhixiesan plus chiropractic therapy, while the control group was treated with Zhixiesan for 3 days. Observe the total curative effect of the two groups, the improvement of TCM symptoms and the time of stopping diarrhea before and after treatment. Results: after 3 days of treatment, the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80%, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3g and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05): in improving the main symptoms and signs, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05); The time of stopping diarrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Zhixiesan plus chiropractic therapy is effective in treating rotavirus diarrhea in children, especially in improving TCM symptoms and shortening the course of disease.
