【摘要】：正近年来随着血友病综合治疗水平的提高,患者预期寿命逐渐延长,对生活质量改善的需求不断提高,因此临床需要发展综合评估来比较和指导治疗。儿童期是一个动态变化的特殊时期。世界卫生组织(WHO)认为儿童健康包括三方面:躯体、心理、社会适应。血友病儿童综合评估也应从这三方面出发,包括关节形态及功能评估、活动参与、生活质量评估。目前世界血友病联盟(WFH)推荐的血友病儿童关节形态及功能评估工具是血友病关节健康评
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of the level of hemophilia comprehensive treatment, the life expectancy of patients is gradually prolonged, and the demand for improving the quality of life is increasing. Therefore, the clinical needs to develop comprehensive evaluation to compare and guide the treatment. Childhood is a special period of dynamic change. The World Health Organization (WHO) believes that children's health consists of three aspects: physical, psychological and social adaptation. The comprehensive evaluation of hemophilia children should also start from these three aspects, including joint shape and function evaluation, activity participation and quality of life assessment.
