新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病神经保护研究现状

【摘要】：正在过去的几十年中,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)损伤后神经保护和神经康复的临床和基础研究取得了巨大进步。然而,就新生儿特异性的神经保护措施方面,除亚低温治疗已广泛应用于临床外[1-2],其他治疗措施距离临床推广应用尚有一段距离,不同学者持有许多不同的观点,因此,神经保护策略仍然需要更深入的研究[3]。由于HIE发生发展是一个渐进的过程,根据其所处阶段不同,其治疗靶点也不尽相同,如何确定最佳的治
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, great progress has been made in the clinical and basic research of neuroprotection and neurorehabilitation after (HIE) injury in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). However, in terms of specific neuroprotective measures for newborns, in addition to mild hypothermia treatment has been widely used in clinical [1-2], other treatment measures are still some distance from clinical application, different scholars hold many different views, therefore, Neuroprotective strategies still need further study [3]. Because the occurrence and development of HIE is a gradual process, according to its different stages, its therapeutic targets are not the same, so how to determine the best treatment?
