小儿推拿配合中成药治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺脾气虚证60例临床观察

【摘要】：目的：通过观察小儿推拿配合口服中成药（通窍鼻炎片）治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎（肺脾气虚型）的临床疗效，探索改善小儿过敏性鼻炎临床症状的新疗法。方法：将60例小儿过敏性鼻炎（肺脾气虚型）患儿随机分为两组进行对照，分别为治疗组30例，，对照组30例。治疗组应用小儿推拿配合口服通窍鼻炎片治疗，对照组给予口服通窍鼻炎片治疗。观察两种治疗方法在治疗前后对患儿临床症状及病情复发的改善情况。结果：经SPSS13.0统计学软件处理后，治疗组总有效率96.67%，对照组总有效率83.33%，在鼻痒症状方面的数据有显著差异（P0.05），在控制病情复发方面有显著差异（P0.05）。说明治疗组在临床主要症状改善方面及控制病情复发方面优于对照组。结论：运用小儿推拿配合口服中成药方法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎，可以有效的改善患儿临床症状，且减少了病情的复发。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of pediatric massage combined with oral Chinese patent medicine (Tongqiao rhinitis tablet) in treating infantile allergic rhinitis (deficiency of lung and spleen qi), and to explore a new therapy to improve the clinical symptoms of infantile allergic rhinitis. Methods: 60 children with allergic rhinitis (deficiency of lung and spleen qi) were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with children massage and oral Tongqiao rhinitis tablet, while the control group was treated with Tongqiao rhinitis tablet. To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and relapse of children before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.677.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33, the data of nasal itching symptoms were significantly different (P0.05), and there were significant differences in controlling the recurrence of the disease (P0.05). It showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main clinical symptoms and controlling the recurrence of the disease. Conclusion: the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with pediatric massage combined with oral Chinese patent medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
