幽门螺杆菌感染对免疫性血小板减少症患儿免疫水平的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患儿免疫水平的影响。方法选择2014年6月-2016年6月医院儿科收治的免疫性血小板减少症的患儿72例,作为ITP组,其中ITP组又分为Hp阳性34例,阴性38例;同时选取同一时期在医院行健康检查的儿童44例,作为对照组;比较对照组和ITP患儿组的Hp感染率;比较ITP患儿组与对照组及ITP组中Hp阳性亚组与Hp阴性亚组淋巴细胞亚群表达情况;比较ITP组与对照组及ITP组中Hp阳性亚组与Hp阴性亚组血清中免疫因子的表达情况。结果 ITP患儿感染Hp的感染率显著高于对照组儿童(P0.05);ITP患儿的免疫细胞表达水平较对照组儿童显著改变,具有显著性差异(P0.05),但Hp阳性患儿的免疫细胞表达水平较Hp阴性患儿未发生显著性变化;ITP患儿的免疫因子表达较对照组儿童发生显著性变化,Hp阳性患儿的免疫因子表达水平较Hp阴性患儿发生显著性变化。结论ITP患儿存在Hp感染高发的现象且存在免疫细胞表达水平的明显改变,其中Hp阳性患儿免疫因子表达水平也发生显著变化,值得临床治疗重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection on immune level of (ITP) children with immune thrombocytopenia. Methods 72 cases of immune thrombocytopenia in pediatrics from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as ITP group. The ITP group was divided into 34 cases of Hp positive and 38 cases of negative. At the same time, 44 children who underwent health examination in hospital in the same period were selected as the control group, the infection rate of Hp was compared between the control group and the ITP group. To compare the expression of lymphocyte subsets of Hp positive subgroup and Hp negative subgroup in children with ITP, control group and ITP group, and to compare the expression of immune factor in serum of Hp positive subgroup and Hp negative subgroup in ITP group and control group and ITP group. Results the infection rate of Hp in children with ITP was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The expression level of immune cells in ITP children was significantly different from that in the control group (P0.05), but the expression level of immune cells in Hp positive children was not significantly different from that in Hp negative children. The expression of immune factors in children with ITP was significantly different from that in the control group, and the expression level of immune factors in Hp positive children was significantly higher than that in children with Hp negative. Conclusion there is a high incidence of Hp infection and obvious changes in immunocyte expression in children with ITP, and the expression of immune factors in Hp positive children is also significantly changed, which deserves the attention of clinical treatment.
