2007-2016年中国手足口病研究文献计量学分析

【摘要】：目的从文献年度、作者特征、研究内容、基金来源、地域与研究机构、被引频次等对我国手足口病相关文献进行分析,了解我国手足口病的研究动态,为后续相关研究提供参考依据。方法在中国知网、万方和Pub Med数据库中进行相关文献检索。采用文献计量学的方法对2007-2016年间3个数据库所收录的相关文献进行分析。结果我国手足口病研究文献数量在2007-2012年呈上升趋势,2012年达到顶峰,之后稍有下降;核心作者人数较多;内容主要集中于流行病学分析、流行病学与病原学的研究,但对患病危险因素、相关药物疗效的研究较少;受基金资助的研究项目较少;研究机构以医院和各级疾病预防控制中心为主;研究区域主要集中于河南、北京、山东、广东、江苏、福建和安徽;零被引文献数量偏多,占74%。结论我国手足口病研究发展迅速,但在研究内容、研究力量和研究深度方面需要进一步加强。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the literature on HFMD in China from the aspects of literature year, author's characteristics, research contents, sources of funds, regions and research institutions, and the frequency of citation, so as to understand the research trends of HFMD in China. To provide a reference for the follow-up research. Methods the relevant literatures were searched in the databases of Zhiwang, Wanfang and Pub Med in China. Bibliometrics was used to analyze the literature collected in three databases from 2007 to 2016. Results the number of literatures on HFMD in China increased from 2007 to 2012, reached its peak in 2012, and then decreased slightly. The contents mainly focus on the epidemiological analysis, epidemiology and etiology, but the research on the risk factors of disease, the efficacy of related drugs is less, and the research projects funded by the fund are less. The research institutions are mainly hospitals and centers for disease prevention and control at all levels. The research areas are mainly in Henan, Beijing, Shandong, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Fujian and Anhui. Conclusion Hand-foot-mouth disease research is developing rapidly in China, but it needs to be further strengthened in research contents, research power and research depth.
