血清Ig、CRP联合肺功能检测在RMPP诊治中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肺功能检测在儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)诊治中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月3家医院收治的RMPP患儿82例为肺炎组,以基线资料匹配的同期体检健康儿童30例为对照组。比较两组血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE和CRP水平及同期1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)等肺功能指标,分析其在RMPP诊断中的应用价值。结果与对照组比较,肺炎组血清IgA、IgG水平、FEV1和FVC均降低,血清IgE和CRP水平均升高(P0.05)。与治疗前比较,肺炎组治疗后的血清IgA、IgG水平、FEV1和FVC均升高,血清IgE和CRP水平均降低(P0.05)。治疗前后肺炎组治疗无效患儿的血清IgA、IgG水平、FEV1和FVC均低于治疗有效患儿,血清IgE和CRP水平则高于治疗有效患儿(P0.05)。RMPP患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgE、CRP水平与FEV1、FVC和治疗有效率均相关。结论血清Ig、CRP水平及肺功能检测在儿童RMPP诊断中具有较大应用价值,值得在临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of serum immunoglobulin (Ig), C reactive protein (CRP) and pulmonary function in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP) in children. Methods from January 2015 to June 2016, 82 children with RMPP were selected as pneumonia group and 30 healthy children as control group. The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,IgE and CRP, forced expiratory volume (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the levels of serum IgA,IgG, FEV1 and FVC were decreased, and the levels of IgE and CRP were increased in pneumonia group (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum IgA,IgG, FEV1 and FVC were increased, and the levels of serum IgE and CRP were decreased after treatment in pneumonia group (P0.05). The levels of serum IgA,IgG, FEV1 and FVC in pneumonia group before and after treatment were lower than those in effective children, and the levels of serum IgE and CRP were higher than those in children with effective treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the detection of serum Ig,CRP and pulmonary function is of great value in the diagnosis of RMPP in children, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
