理气止痛散外敷治疗小儿功能性腹痛（寒邪内阻证）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:本课题以理气止痛散外敷治疗功能性腹痛(寒邪内阻证)患儿,期望从理论和临床两方面对其疗效予以综合观察及探究,进而对本方药治疗功能性腹痛(寒邪内阻证)患儿的有效性及安全性予以评定。方法:搜集中医辨证属寒邪内阻证的功能性腹痛患儿60例,随机分成2组,治疗组30例予理气止痛散外敷配合良附丸口服,对照组30例仅口服良附丸,连续用药2周,1个月后进行随访,详细记录患儿治疗后、随访时的症状、体征及舌脉变化,进而评价其临床疗效。结果:两组治疗方案在改善各症状及总有效率方面,治疗后治疗组所得总有效率96.67%,对照组所得总有效率90.00%,P0.05。随访时,治疗组所得总有效率93.33%,对照组所得总有效率83.33%,P0.05,有统计意义。结论:理气止痛散外敷治疗小儿功能性腹痛具有比较理想的温中散寒、理气止痛之功效,在临床中效果明显,且安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat functional abdominal pain (internal obstruction of cold evil) with Liqi Zhitong Powder (LQZS) in order to observe and explore its curative effect from both theoretical and clinical aspects. Then the efficacy and safety of this prescription in treating functional abdominal pain (cold pathogen internal obstruction) were evaluated. Methods: 60 patients with functional abdominal pain were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Liqi Zhitong Powder and Liangfu Pill, while 30 patients in the control group were treated with Liangfu Pill for 2 weeks. After 1 month follow-up, the symptoms, signs and tongue vein changes were recorded in detail after treatment, and then the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: the total effective rate was 96.67 in the treatment group and 90.005 in the control group in terms of improving the symptoms and the total effective rate. The total effective rate was 93.33 in the treatment group and 83.33 in the control group. Conclusion: the external application of Liqi Zhitong Powder in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain has an ideal effect of warm, moderate and cold, regulating qi to relieve pain, and it is safe and reliable in clinical practice.
