安徽省城乡居民血清维生素A、D水平及相关因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解安徽省部分城乡地区6周岁以上居民维生素A营养状况及其相关因素分析。 方法通过多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群随机抽样的方法抽取安徽省合肥市某区和安庆市某农村年龄在6周岁以上居民468名,于2010年8月至2010年10月进行问卷调查,并采集清晨空腹静脉血分离血清,用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)测定血清视黄醇浓度水平,同时测定部分生理生化指标。 结果研究对象血清维生素A缺乏及边缘性缺乏率为15.6%(血清视黄醇0.3μg/mL),维生素A正常率为84.4%(血清视黄醇0.3μg/mL)。调查对象的维生素A水平在地区、性别、年龄、受教育程度、人均年收入、BMI、DBP、SDP、TC和TG分布上存在差异(P0.05)。单因素线性回归分析发现血清视黄醇浓度水平与地区、年龄、受教育程度、BMI、DBP、SBP、TC、TG和Hb呈正相关,性别间存在差异。多元线性回归分析发现血清视黄醇浓度水平与地区、年龄、TC和TG呈正相关,性别间存在差异。 结论安徽省城市和农村地区6周岁以上居民存在一定比例的维生素A缺乏状况,并受地区、年龄、性别、TC和TG等因素影响。 目的了解安徽省部分城乡地区6周岁以上居民维生素D营养状况及其相关因素分析。 方法通过多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群随机抽样的方法抽取安徽省合肥市某区和安庆市某农村年龄在6周岁以上居民468名,于2010年8月至2010年10月进行问卷调查,并采集清晨空腹静脉血分离血清,用美国DiaSorin公司的放射免疫试剂盒测定血清25-羟基维生素D(25(OH)D3)浓度水平,同时测定部分生理生化指标。 结果调查对象的维生素D缺乏率为54.1%(血清25(OH)D320ng/mL),维生素D不足率为34.6%(20ng/mL≤血清25(OH)D330ng/mL),维生素D正常率为11.3%(血清25(OH)D3≥30ng/mL)。调查对象的维生素D水平在地区、性别、年人均收入、SBP、Hb、TG和HDL-C分布上无明显差异(P0.05),在年龄组、受教育程度、BMI、DBP和TC分布上存在差异(P0.05)。单因素线性回归分析发现维生素D浓度水平与年龄、BMI、DBP、TC呈正相关,与受教育程度呈负相关,性别间存在差异。多元线性回归分析发现维生素D浓度水平与年龄呈正相关,,与和受教育程度呈负相关,性别间存在差异。 结论安徽省城乡6周岁以上居民存在严重的维生素D不足和缺乏状况,并受年龄、性别和受教育程度等因素影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the vitamin A nutritional status and its related factors in some urban and rural areas of Anhui province. Methods A total of 468 residents aged over 6 years were selected from a district of Hefei City and a rural area of Anqing City by means of multi-stage stratified and population-proportional cluster random sampling. The questionnaire was conducted from August 2010 to October 2010. Serum samples were collected from fasting venous blood in the early morning. Serum retinol concentration was measured by (UPLC) and some physiological and biochemical indexes were measured. Results the rate of serum vitamin A deficiency and borderline deficiency was 15.6% (serum retinol 0.3 渭 g/mL) and the normal rate of vitamin A was 84.4% (serum retinol 0.3 渭 g/mL). There were significant differences in vitamin A levels in area, sex, age, education level, per capita income, BMI,DBP,SDP,TC and TG distribution (P0.05). Univariate linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum retinol concentration and area, age, education level, BMI,DBP,SBP,TC,TG and Hb. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of serum retinol was positively correlated with region, age, TC and TG. Conclusion there is a certain proportion of vitamin A deficiency in urban and rural areas of Anhui province, and it is affected by such factors as region, age, sex, TC and TG.
