婴儿缺铁性贫血影响因素的病例对照研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status and influencing factors of iron deficiency anemia in 8-month-old infants in Changsha. Methods: 105 infants with iron deficiency anemia diagnosed by standardized blood routine test at the age of 8 months were included in the case group by case-control study. According to 1:4 individual matching, 4 cases of the same street were selected at the same time. Infants diagnosed without iron deficiency anemia according to the same sex were enrolled into the control group. The relevant data were collected and the influencing factors of iron deficiency anemia were analyzed by 蠂 2 test and conditional logistic regression. Results: the incidence of iron deficiency anemia in 8-month-old infants in Changsha was 14.7%. The risk factors of iron deficiency anemia in 8-month-old infants included maternal anemia in the third trimester of pregnancy (OR=3.540,95%CI:1.898~6.601). Mixed feeding within 6 months of age (OR=1.682,95%CI:1.099~2.574), artificial feeding within 6 months of age (OR=4.162,95%CI:1.343~12.896), supplementary feeding (OR=1.423,95%CI:1.022~1.982) before 6 months of age, Supplementary food (OR=4.415,95%CI:2.150~9.064), recurrent respiratory tract infection (OR=2.878,95%CI:1.224~6.764) and recurrent diarrhea (OR=3.710,95%CI:1.533~8.980) were added at and after 7 months of age. Conclusion: there is still a certain incidence of iron deficiency anemia in 8-month-old infants in Changsha City. Anemia during pregnancy should be improved, scientific feeding should be advocated, exclusive breastfeeding should be encouraged to the age of 6 months, and supplementary food should be added in a timely and reasonable manner. Actively treat children with respiratory and digestive diseases to prevent iron deficiency anemia in infants.
