某高校学生尿中维生素C和氧化应激指标的秋冬季变化

【摘要】:目的了解北方大学生身体维生素C及氧化应激状态的秋冬季节变化,为指导学生膳食营养提供科学依据。方法分别于2013年秋季和冬季采集126名大学生清晨空腹尿液,测定其尿中维生素C、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、钙、磷、镁、肌酐,同时采用食物频率法调查1周蔬菜水果的摄入情况。结果在同一季节中,女生尿维生素C,MDA,TAC均高于男生(秋季t值分别为5.44,4.20,5.59,冬季t值分别为3.37,4.87,5.21,P值均0.05)。女生尿MDA含量秋季低于冬季(t=2.52,P0.05)。男生和女生的尿维生素C水平秋季均高于冬季(t值分别为2.22,2.38,P值均0.05),每周蔬菜摄入频次秋季均高于冬季(t值分别为7.07,6.58,P值均0.01),但每周水果摄入频次季节间差异无统计学意义。尿钙含量与MDA含量呈正相关(r=0.58,P0.01);尿磷含量与尿维生素C呈正相关(r=0.50,P0.01)。结论该校大学生尿中维生素C营养和氧化应激状态有明显的秋冬季节变化,应增加冬季蔬菜的摄入量。
