某高校学生尿中维生素C和氧化应激指标的秋冬季变化

【摘要】:目的了解北方大学生身体维生素C及氧化应激状态的秋冬季节变化,为指导学生膳食营养提供科学依据。方法分别于2013年秋季和冬季采集126名大学生清晨空腹尿液,测定其尿中维生素C、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、钙、磷、镁、肌酐,同时采用食物频率法调查1周蔬菜水果的摄入情况。结果在同一季节中,女生尿维生素C,MDA,TAC均高于男生(秋季t值分别为5.44,4.20,5.59,冬季t值分别为3.37,4.87,5.21,P值均0.05)。女生尿MDA含量秋季低于冬季(t=2.52,P0.05)。男生和女生的尿维生素C水平秋季均高于冬季(t值分别为2.22,2.38,P值均0.05),每周蔬菜摄入频次秋季均高于冬季(t值分别为7.07,6.58,P值均0.01),但每周水果摄入频次季节间差异无统计学意义。尿钙含量与MDA含量呈正相关(r=0.58,P0.01);尿磷含量与尿维生素C呈正相关(r=0.50,P0.01)。结论该校大学生尿中维生素C营养和氧化应激状态有明显的秋冬季节变化,应增加冬季蔬菜的摄入量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the seasonal changes of vitamin C and oxidative stress in northern college students in autumn and winter, and to provide scientific basis for guiding students' dietary nutrition. Methods fasting urine was collected from 126 college students in autumn and winter 2013. Vitamin C and total antioxidant capacity of malondialdehyde (MDA) (MDA), (TAC), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and creatine were measured. At the same time, the intake of vegetables and fruits for one week was investigated by food frequency method. Results in the same season, the urinary vitamin C and MDA,TAC in girls were higher than those in boys (t value in autumn was 5.44, 4.20, 5.59, t value in winter was 3.37, 4.87, 5.21, P < 0.05).
