儿童特异性日间尿频104例临床分析

【摘要】：正儿童特异性日间尿频是儿童常见的一种疾病,1966年由Stephens等~([1])报道,又称为假性尿路感染、白天尿频综合征或精神性尿频,多见于2~12岁儿童,尤其以学龄前儿童高发,主要表现为白天排尿次数增加但无尿量增加,入睡后症状消失,不伴尿痛、发热、烦渴多饮等,尿常规、尿培养和泌尿系统超声检查均正常。本病病程一般为良性经过,多数患
[Abstract]:The specific daytime urination frequency of positive children is a common disease in children. It was reported by Stephens et al. [1] in 1966, also known as pseudo urinary tract infection. Daytime urination syndrome or psychotic frequency is more common in children aged 2 years than 12 years old, especially in preschool children. The main manifestations are the increase of urination frequency during the day but the increase of urination volume, the disappearance of symptoms after falling asleep, the absence of urination pain, fever, thirst and drinking, etc., urine routine. Urine culture and ultrasound examination of urinary system were normal. The course of the disease is generally benign, and most of them suffer from it.
