胸部生物电阻抗技术在先天性心脏病患儿术后心功能监测中的应用

【摘要】:目的观察胸部生物电阻抗技术(TEB)在先天性心脏病患儿术后心功能监测中的应用价值。方法 30例先天性心脏病患儿,均在体外循环下行心脏病根治手术,分别于术前及术后12、24、48 h应用TEB和超声心动技术(TTE)监测患儿心排血量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)并进行比较,采用Altman-Bland法分析两种方法的一致性。结果术前及术后12、24、48 h应用TEB和TTE监测患儿的CO、SV比较差异均无统计学意义。Altman-Bland分析结果显示,TEB和TTE监测患儿CO、SV存在较好的一致性。结论先天性心脏病患儿术后应用TEB监测CO、SV准确有效。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the application of the thoracic bioelectrical impedance technique (TEB) in the monitoring of cardiac function in children with congenital heart disease. Methods The cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV) of the children with congenital heart disease were monitored by TEB and echocardiography (TTE) before and after the operation, and the cardiac output (CO) and stroke volume (SV) were compared. The consistency of the two methods was analyzed by the Altman-Bland method. Results The difference of CO and SV in children with TEB and TTE was not significant before and after operation. The results of Altman-Bland analysis showed that TEB and TTE had good consistency in CO and SV monitoring. Conclusion The post-operative application of TEB to monitor CO and SV in children with congenital heart disease is accurate and effective.
