血清微量元素钴水平与儿童手足口病患病的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨深圳儿童血清微量元素钴水平与手足口病感染的关系。方法于2013-2015年间在深圳市儿童医院采集手足口病重症病例(202例)、轻症(220例)和在该院体检的健康儿童(208例)的咽拭/肛拭样本及血样。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测病原体类型。用水浴酸消化-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定血清中钴含量,并进行统计学分析。结果对照组、轻症组与重症组儿童血清微量元素钴含量分别为0.36μg/kg、0.40μg/kg和0.31μg/kg。重症组钴含量低于轻症组和对照组(均有P0.05),轻症组与对照组间钴含量差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.821,P=0.412)。钴与手足口病病情呈中度负相关(r=-0.298,P0.001)。血清钴水平在性别间、年龄间差异均无统计学意义(均有P0.05)。不同病毒感染类型(EV71型、CA16型、其他)间血清钴含量均有差异,其中轻症组中EV71型患儿血清钴水平高于CA16型,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.397,P0.001)。重症组中EV71型与CA16型患儿血清钴水平差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.821,P=0.069)。同时Logistic回归分析结果显示随着一定范围内血清钴浓度的升高,患手足口病风险降低。结论儿童血清微量元素钴含量可能对儿童感染手足口病有一定作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum trace element cobalt level and hand, foot and mouth disease infection in Shenzhen children. Methods from 2013 to 2015, pharynx swabs / anal swabs and blood samples were collected from 202 severe cases of hand, foot and mouth disease (202 cases), 220 cases of mild hand, foot and mouth disease (220 cases) and 208 healthy children (208 cases) examined in Shenzhen Children's Hospital.
