【摘要】：正患者男,47岁,因"头痛2周"入院。全身检查未发现异常。血常规及血细胞计数正常,脑脊液细胞学检查示淋巴细胞比例85%,嗜酸性粒细胞1%。颅脑MRI示幕上及幕下脑实质内不均匀分布多个大小不等的结节,多数结节周围可见轻度水肿。与脑白质相比,结节表现出不同的MR信号特征(图1A~1C):(1)T1WI呈不均匀高信号,T2WI呈不均匀低信号,增强后中等
[Abstract]:Is 47 year old male patient, headache for 2 weeks before admission. Systemic examination found no abnormalities. Blood routine and blood counts were normal, cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination showed 85% of the proportion of lymphocytes, eosinophils 1%. brain MRI showed cerebral supratentorial and infratentorial uneven distribution in multiple sizes of the most nodules. Around the nodules visible mild edema.
