前列腺正常外周带ESWAN成像加龄性变化规律研究

【摘要】：目的:分析正常男性前列腺外周带ESWAN成像的相位值、磁矩值、R2*值、T2*值随年龄的变化规律,探讨ESWAN评估外周带加龄性变化的可行性。方法:对65名正常男性行前列腺多回波采集重度T2*加权三维梯度回波(ESWAN)成像,测量外周带的相位值、磁矩值、R2*和T2*值,研究对象按照年龄不同分为青年、中年及老年三组,分析各组的ESWAN指标及其年龄相关性。结果:青、中、老年组外周带R2*值分别为15.43±2.71 Hz、16.49±3.53 Hz、20.67±5.30 Hz(F=9.402,P=0.000),T2*值依次为73.13±17.22 ms、65.56±20.15 ms、49.73±15.74 ms(F=8.433,P=0.001),磁矩值为1721.0±126.1、1489.3±247.7、1556.1±273.9(F=4.773,P=0.012);各组间相位值的差异无统计学意义(F=0.804,P=0.452)。相关性分析结果显示外周带R2*值与年龄呈正相关(r=0.477,P=0.000),而T2*值与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.510,P=0.000)。同时相位值、磁矩值与年龄的相关性分析均显示无相关性(r=-0.095,P=0.452;r=-0.126,P=0.316)。结论:正常男性前列腺外周带ESWAN成像与年龄具有相关性,R2*、T2*值能反映外周带的加龄性变化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the phase value and magnetic moment value of ESWAN imaging in normal male prostatic peripheral zone. Objective: to evaluate the feasibility of ESWAN in evaluating the age of peripheral zone. Methods: 65 normal men were examined with T2 * weighted 3D gradient echo ESWAN imaging. The phase values, magnetic moment values, R2 * and T2 * values of peripheral band were measured. The subjects were divided into three groups according to their ages: youth, middle age and old age. Results: the R2 * value of peripheral zone was 15.43 卤2.71 Hz and 16.49 卤3.53 Hz, respectively. The values of T2 * were 73.13 卤17.22 Ms and 65.56 卤20.15 Ms, respectively. The correlation analysis of magnetic moment value and age showed that there was no correlation between r-0.095 and 0.452; Conclusion: ESWAN imaging of the peripheral zone of the prostate in normal men has a correlation with age. The value of T _ 2 * can reflect the aging change of the peripheral zone.
