单脐动脉脐带螺旋与胎儿畸形及围产结局的关系

【摘要】：目的研究单脐动脉(SUA)脐带螺旋指数(UCI)与胎儿畸形及围产结局的关系。方法回顾性分析重庆医科大学附属永川医院2011年1月至2013年12月经超声诊断的73例SUA胎儿资料,产后计算UCI值,与病理学检查结果对照分析。结果 SUA脐带长度正常胎儿产后平均UCI为(0.13±0.07)周/cm,螺旋稀少(UCI0.10)发生率46.58%(34/73),其中畸形发生率35.29%(12/34),人工引产率35.29%(12/34);螺旋正常(0.10UCI0.30)发生率34.25%(25/73),其中畸形发生率36.00%(9/25),人工引产率40.00%(10/25);螺旋密集(UCI0.30)发生率19.17%(14/73),其中畸形发生率(64.29%,9/14),人工引产率71.43%(10/14),胎儿畸形发生率及人工引产发病率在螺旋稀少组及螺旋正常组合并后与螺旋密集组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 SUA脐带异常螺旋密集的胎儿畸形发生率高,产前检查时应重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the spiral index (UCI) of umbilical cord in single umbilical artery (UAA). Methods 73 cases of SUA fetus diagnosed by ultrasound from January 2011 to 2013 in Yongchuan Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. Results the average postpartum UCI of the fetus with normal umbilical cord length of SUA was 0.13 卤0.07 weeks and the average UCI was 0.13 卤0.07 weeks. The incidence of UCI 0.10) was 46.58% or 34 / 73, in which the incidence of malformation was 35.29%, and the induced labor rate was 35.29% (12 / 34). The incidence of helix normal is 0.10 UCI 0.30) the incidence is 34.25% or 25%, in which the incidence of malformation is 36.00% or 9 / 25). The rate of induced labor was 40.0010 / 25; The incidence rate of spiral dense UCI 0.30) was 19.17% 14 / 73, in which the incidence of malformation was 64.29 / 14, and the induced labor rate was 71.43% / 10 / 14). The incidence of fetal malformation and induced labor were compared between the spiral rare group and the spiral normal group after combined with the spiral dense group. Conclusion the incidence of fetal malformation with abnormal spiral density of SUA umbilical cord is high, so attention should be paid to prenatal examination.
