超微血流成像技术评价颈内动脉闭塞的价值

【摘要】:目的探讨超微血流成像技术评价颈内动脉闭塞的价值。方法对23例多普勒彩超发现的可疑单侧颈内动脉闭塞患者分别行超微血流成像(SMI),超声造影以及数字减影血管造影(DSA)3种检查,比较SMI与DSA、超声造影与DSA,以及SMI与超声造影检查的一致性。结果 SMI显示颈内动脉完全闭塞15例,重度狭窄8例;超声造影显示颈内动脉完全闭塞13例,重度狭窄10例;DSA显示颈内动脉完全闭塞13例,重度狭窄10例。SMI与DSA、超声造影与DSA及SMI与超声造影的诊断一致性Kappa值分别为0.638、0.823、0.819。SMI与超声造影的诊断结果差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 SMI对颈内动脉闭塞有超声造影相似的价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultramicro blood flow imaging in the evaluation of internal carotid artery occlusion. Methods 23 patients with suspected unilateral internal carotid artery occlusion detected by Doppler color Doppler ultrasound were treated with SMIG, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and digital subtraction blood respectively. Three kinds of DSAs were examined by tube angiography. Results the internal carotid artery was completely occluded by SMI in 15 cases, severe stenosis in 8 cases, complete occlusion of internal carotid artery in 13 cases by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. DSA showed complete occlusion of internal carotid artery in 10 patients with severe stenosis. There was no significant difference between SMI and DSA in 10 cases of severe stenosis, the diagnostic consistency Kappa values of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and DSA and SMI and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were 0.6380.230.89. There was no significant difference between SMI and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Conclusion SMI has similar value in the diagnosis of internal carotid artery occlusion.
