【摘要】：正患者男,78岁。于1年前出现大便不规律,无大便带血及大便变形,未予治疗,1个月前在洗澡中发现腹部一包块,无红肿及疼痛。病程中无其他异常。患者平素身体健康,于2年前行"前列腺增生"手术。体检:右中中腹可扪及一肿块,约10.0 cm×5.0 cm,边界尚清楚,活动度不大,无触
[Abstract]:The male patient is 78 years old. He had irregular defecation one year ago, no stool with blood and defecation deformation, no treatment. A mass of abdomen was found in the bath one month ago. There was no swelling and pain. There was no other abnormality in the course of the disease. The patient was in good health. "Prostatic hyperplasia" operation was performed in 2 years. Physical examination: a mass, about 10.0 cm 脳 5.0 cm, in the right middle and middle abdomen. The boundary is clear, the range of motion is small, and there is no touch.
