【摘要】：正患者男,44岁。因"偶有右胸胸闷、疼痛,伴有间歇性咳嗽,无咳痰、咯血2年"入院。既往乙肝肝炎病史。体检:胸廓无畸形,无叩击痛,右肺中叶呼吸音减弱,未闻及干、湿性Up音,右侧胸膜摩擦音。CT检查:平扫示右肺中叶一大小约11.6 cm×9.9 cm高密度肿块影,其内密度不均,可见斑点状钙化,边缘光整,可见压迹,右肺中叶支气管受压,右侧胸腔积液;增强扫描肿块呈不均匀中度延迟强化,其内可见
[Abstract]:The patient was 44 years old. He was admitted to hospital because of "occasional right chest tightness, pain, intermittent cough, no expectoration, hemoptysis for 2 years". History of hepatitis B. physical examination: no deformity of chest, no percussion pain, weak respiratory sound in the middle lobe of the right lung, no smell or dry, Wet up tone, right pleural friction tone.
