3.0T磁共振对汉族健康人群左心室容积和收缩功能的评价

【摘要】:目的:本研究采用3.0 T MR SSFP序列对健康人群(汉族)左心室相关指标进行测量,评价相关技术的可行性,提出相应不同年龄段、不同性别健康人群(汉族)的参考值范围,并分析导致左心室相关指标变化的影响因素,为临床实践、科学研究提供依据。方法:100名志愿者于川北医学院附属医院行磁共振扫描,通过后处理软件获得左心室舒张末期容积(end-diastolic volume,EDV)、收缩末期容积(end-systolic volume,ESV)、每搏输出量(stroke volume,SV)、心肌质量(myocardial mass,MM)、射血分数(ejection fraction,EF)、心输出量(cardiac output,CO),并以体表面积对EDV、ESV、SV、进行标化,结果以均数±标准差(SX?)的形式表示,并分析上述结果与性别、年龄和体表面积的关系。结果:不同性别之间左心室EDV、ESV、SV、MM、EF、CO存在明显差异。男性和女性EDV分别为(126±13)ml,(111±14)ml(P0.001);ESV分别为(45±5)ml,(37±4)ml(P0.001);SV分别为(81±9)ml,(74±12)ml(P=0.002);MM分别为(93±13)g,(68±8)g(P0.001);EF分别为(64±2)%,(67±3)%(P0.001);CO分别为(6±1)L/min,(5±1)L/min(P0.05)。男性左心室EDV、ESV、SV、MM、CO明显大于女性;男性左心室EF小于女性;左心室EDVi、SVi无性别差异;男性左心室ESVi、大于女性。测量结果通过体表面积(body surface area,BSA)标化处理后,男性和女性EDVi分别为(75±6)ml/m2,(72±7)ml/m2(P0.05);SVi分别为(48±5)ml/m2,(48±6)ml/m2(P0.05);ESVi分别为(27±2)ml/m2,(24±2)ml/m2(P0.001)。左心室EDV、EDVi、ESV、ESVi、SV、SVi与年龄呈负相关,相关系数分别为(r=-0.6,P0.001)、(r=-0.6,P0.001)、(r=-0.4,P0.001)、(r=-0.4,P0.001)、(r=-0.6,P0.001)、(r=-0.6,P0.001)。左心室EDV、ESV、SV、CO及MM与BSA呈正相关,相关系数分别为(r=0.8,P0.001)、(r=0.8,P0.001)、(r=0.7,P0.001)、(r=0.7,P0.001)、(r=0.9,P0.001)。结论:1、3.0T MR可提供健康志愿者左心室容积和收缩功能等信息。2、男性左心室EDV、ESV、SV、MM、CO明显大于女性;男性左心室EF小于女性;左心室EDVi、SVi无性别差异;男性左心室ESV大于女性。3、左心室EDV、EDVi、ESV、ESVi、SV、SVi与年龄呈负相关。4、左心室EDV、ESV、SV、CO及MM与BSA呈正相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the feasibility of the relevant techniques by using 3. 0T Mr SSFP sequence to measure the left ventricular parameters in healthy people (Han), and to propose the range of reference values for different age groups and different genders of healthy people (Han). The factors influencing the changes of left ventricular indexes were analyzed to provide evidence for clinical practice and scientific research. Methods 100 volunteers were scanned by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the affiliated hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. Left ventricular end-diastolic volume volume (EDV), end-systolic volume volume (ESVV), stroke volume volume (SVV), myocardial mass (MMM), ejection fraction (ejection fraction), cardiac output (cardiac output) and cardiac output (cardiac output) were obtained by post-processing software. And analyze the above results and gender, Age and body surface area. Results: there were significant differences between the sexes in left ventricular EDVV / ESVV / MMEF, and the EDV of male and female were 126 卤13ml / 111 卤14ml / ml P 0.001 / V = 45 卤5ml / min respectively, respectively, and the SV was 81 卤9ml / 774 卤12ml / min respectively. The left ventricular EVV / P0.002MM / EF was 64 卤2mg / min, respectively, and 67 卤367 卤31mm / min, respectively. The SV6 卤1L / min of SV6 卤1L / min was higher than that of male / female's left ventricular echolyma; and the difference between male and female was greater than that of male's ventricular ectasia respectively (P < 0. 001 / min, P < 0. 001), and that of male / female was significantly higher than that of male / female (P < 0. 001L / min), and that of male / female was significantly higher than that of male / female (n = 6 卤1 / min), and that of male / female was significantly higher than that of male / female (P = 0. 001 / min), and that of male / female was higher than that of male / female / female / female / female. The EF of left ventricle in male was lower than that in female, there was no gender difference in left ventricular EDVV SVi, and that in male was greater than that in female. The EDVi of male and female were 75 卤6ml / m2ng / 72 卤7nml / m2p0.05Vi = 48 卤5ml / m2m2n = 48 卤5ml / m2P 0.05Vi = 27 卤2ml / m2p0.05Vi = 27 卤2mlm224 卤2ml / m2P0.001respectively. The left ventricular EDVV / ESVVV / E / E / E / E / V / V / I was positively correlated with age, respectively, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 00r-0. 6p 0. 001M and 0. 00r-0. 4p0. 4P0. 4P0. 01P0. 6r-0. 6P0. 1 BSA and 0. 00r-0. 6P0. 1 / 0. 1 BSA, respectively. The correlation coefficient was 0. 00r-0. 6p0. 00r-0. 00r-0. 4P0. 4P0. The correlation coefficients were 0.8T (0.8T) and 0.8g (P 0.001C) respectively. Conclusion: the ratio of left ventricular volume and contractile function in healthy volunteers can be increased by 0.7T Mr, and the EF of left ventricle is smaller in males than in females, and there is no difference between male and female in left ventricular EDV VSVSVSVSVMMMCO. Conclusion there is no significant difference in left ventricular volume and contractile function between male and female, and there is no significant difference between male and female in left ventricular EDVV SVV SVMCO, and there is no significant difference in left ventricular EDV SVT between male and female. The correlation coefficients are as follows: (1) there is no significant difference in left ventricular volume (LVV) and contractile function (LVV) between male and female. The ESV of left ventricle in male was higher than that in female. There was a negative correlation between SVI and age. There was a positive correlation between SVCO and MM and BSA in left ventricular EDV.
